Busy time but Home depot associate help me to find all the item i need to replace my Kitchen drainage pipes.

Staff always available to help and make sure you find everything you need. Nicer than having a personal shopper, you don't have to pay them!!

In a world where customer service has gone to die, Home Depot is the exception. Specifically a gentleman by the name of Steven, he really went out of the way to help me out and clearly knows his stuff. Do yourself a favor and ask for Steven everytime you go to this Home Depot, you wont be disappointed.

The Pro desk people are hands down the best.. Russ is amazing... He has helped me out of jams so many times, I can't even count.. Also the wonderful girls at the pro desk, always ready to go the extra mile.. My personal favorite is Joe Ficek. Joe is absolutely the Best!!!!! Cant live without Joe, Russ or the Pro desk girls..

I had not been to this location in awhile. I'm glad I stopped here. Store is set-up well. Staff all look like they enjoy their jobs. The staff at the self check-out were very friendly and helpful. This is a great store.

Not my job to scan the merchandise that I’m buying. if that’s the case why don’t we get an employee discount to do the job of your employees l.

Needed a new washing machine and received excellent advice. Purchased a Maytag washing machine and really like it...easy to operate and so far I am satisfied.

I have been going to this location for years. I know the store well. I love that even if I don't go there for several months, I still know where everything is. There is comfort in going to a familiar store and easily locating the items I need. Whenever I need help I can always find a helpful employee to give me a hand. There is always one near by ready to answer, or to guide me to someone else that could help.

The sales associate was very rude and verbally belittled me in front of other customers for no apparent reason. She tried to intimidate me by standing too close to me and trying to look at my credit card information and she also asked for my id for no reason.

I needed to purchase landscape wiring, and couldn't find a single employee to unlock the wire cage. Eventually I was able to force it through the doors, but why was there no employee around or button to page an employee? Home Depot's counter theft deterrents are now hurting their customers' experience.

I bought a building in 2001. It's on Kimball and literally 5 min from this Home Depot, so I have been a customer here from the moment they opened that location. I will say that in 23 years, I have had nothing by good experiences at this location, and actually plan to stop off there tomorrow.

We needed him the first day we came in for this specific project. Larry went above and beyond. Tips, tricks, facts, and was kind as well. We will only be visiting this location on days Larry is working. I don’t care if we need appliances and he’s still in paint, if Larry isn’t there, I’m not either.

Veteran's discount keeps me coming back. Nice new checkout lanes - very efficient. Did that change cost any jobs though????

Got fridges, washer/dryers, AC, kitchen stoves and other stuff from this location for years. Never had an issue that wasn't resolved.

Disappointed in the level of customer service the outdoor garden center. Cashier never left the booth. Had to watch a senior bend down and pick up her items to hand them to her. She had no idea about SKU numbers for paver stones. She scrolled through social media the whole time, sad when people need jobs that she is getting paid to scroll through her Facebook page

Greg from paint section was very unwelcoming, condescending and mean. Didn’t take the time to show us the product we wanted and sent us to autozone instead.

I’m so happy to visit this store!

Hugo helped me out and he is the best employee I have ever encountered at Home Depot.

Instead of self check with those ugly invasive cameras that track your movements through the store and use facial recognition - go to the cashier - mine was very nice and I’d like to think I made a friend… they’ll remember you the old fashioned way, as a person, not a wad of cash

I had Octavio help me with cutting some wood to the size I needed for a furniture leg. He was super helpful and friendly and made my overall experience great. Love this Home Depot for its organization, staff, and garden center!

A friend and I went to Home Depot with his dog. Upon entering the store his dog got nervous and pooped right where you walk in. But my friend was trying to do damage control and was pulling her outside. So there's like the 10yd. trail of little poops exiting the building. He decides to put her in the car as our visit is going to be brief. So I'm standing guard keeping the rest of the customers safe from stepping on any of the pieces. When two employees a guy and a woman come up and ask if I needed any bags. BOTH of them reassured me it wasn't a big issue and it happens more often than you would think. While I'm waiting for my friend to return the two employees got bags and cleaned it up like it was their own dog. I thanked them repeatedly and was caught off guard by how polite, understanding and helpful both of them were. They behaved like it was their own dog they were cleaning up after. By the time my friend came back from his car they had the whole mess cleaned up. It was just shocking to see that level of compassion and patience from employees in a big city store location like Chicago. I didn't get their names but those two employees were definitely rockstar employees and I wanted to highlight their going above and beyond their call of duty (no pun intended).

Thank you so much to the three employees who helped me load in garden center 10/28 when that random guy in the parking lot was being pushy. Really appreciate you looking out for me.

The plumbing supplies i needed were in stock. i also came across a sale on light bulbs. Even though i was not sure i needed them, the price was good so i stocked up.

Octavio was very helpful in assisting me find the products I needed. He was helping another customer and was so thorough and thoughtful when explaining what that individual needed for her project. The cashier was great as well. She helped me price match an item I needed for my project.
