If you're looking to shop in this Home Depot garden center, there was no one to help you to carry mulch or topsoil to your car..and was told they couldnt call anyone to help. A customer heard my request to the female cashier amd so he said after he loaded his truck with his purchase he would vome back and help me...

The staff who helped us did a great job. We believe the appliance will be fine. But why doesn't Home Depot have refrigerators in stock? The fridge we ordered was supposed to be delivered in 5 days, but because the appliance reached the delivery vendor too late, we did not get it on the promised day. We could not miss another day of work so we had to schedule a Saturday delivery. That will be 10 days without a refrigerator and fresh food. Part 2: Why won't Home Depot contract with vendors who will deliver appliances to upstairs residences?? We are senior citizens who cannot do this ourselves. This created another problem to solve before we can have our new fridge. It is not easy to find men of any age who are willing to move a refrigerator upstairs, therefore the customer must hire someone to do this. At $250.00 Home Depot's "free delivery" isn't really free is it?

Every associate I met in the store was helpful to me.

I needed help to get a water filter out of my refrigerator and Noone knows how to do this

I really enjoy shopping here. The employee who helped me set up a Will call order was friendly, funny and SO helpful, she suggested things I hadn’t even thought about and really knew her job! The young man who helped me load my car ( in the rain!) was equally friendly and very helpful. Garden center staff knowledgeable and kind. Thanks, everyone!

I was interested in buying the Milwaukee Pac-Out system and learned that Home Depot on line had great prices all I had to do was stop at the store and pick up the parts!

I am working in Real Estate development and going to Home Depots Up and down the thru way and Kingston is special. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The inventory is usually more extensive than other HD with bigger foot print.

It is generally difficult to find an attendant to help you find a product. Consequently before I go to the store, I refer to your webpage to identify whether you have the product in stock, how many, price and location(aisle and bay). This saves me considerable time.

Don't buy anything from home depot that you may have to return they give you a hard time and ultimately will not make the product right.

To get a Veterans Discount you have to register on line, assuming you own a computer which I and many my age do not. My Retired Army Picture ID should be sufficient.

Tony at the pro desk is incredible! He's helpful and knowledgeable and is always willing to help. I can't say enough about him. He goes above and beyond to help out. Home Depot is very lucky to have him as an employee!

It took over an hour to buy some doors using perks + $20 coupon. In fact, the $20 wasn't used and it is now expired.

I purchased a Ryobi quiet generator for use in a campsite and within 3 hours, was asked to turn it off due to the excessive noise. I tried to return it to the Catskill, NY store and was told that they don't take back generators. After a chat on HomeDepot.com, I returned it to Kingston, NY and they gladly accepted it and replaced it with a quiet Champion. Excellent service from Kingston, NY

Instead of delivering the pressure treated lumber I ordered they sent doug fir. Job is now screwed for two weeks until they get their act together, pick up the WRONG lumber then deliver the RIGHT lumber

Everyone is helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I usually need some type of instruction on what I need to complete a project properly & I am always happy with the assistance I receive.

Sammie and Vlad at customer service are amazing and deserve to be told so. They were the only enjoyable part of a terrible floor installation process. Save your money and time and don't use Home Depot.

I came into the store with the objective of getting all my supplies here. I was greeted graciously by Keith who was amazing. He sat with us and introduced us to Dean and we were off and running. Supplies ordered, design features completed and discounts established. What an incredible experience. I have shopped here for over 30 years and the store and staff are fantastic. Special thanks to Keith the Store Manager for his attention, kindness and hospitality. He is the BEST!
