The store is very efficiently organized. Associates are friendly and make an effort to greet each customer. Cashiers are eager to help, even at the self-service checkout.

I like this store, their products (my fav is the refrigerator we bought last year) and the people who work there. They are almost always helpful and friendly. Nice store !!

Vert impressed with the first time in the store. Store was very clean and well laid out, easy to find what I was looking for. Associate's were very friendly and helpful (didn't have to go one either), I will definitely be returning.

I was disappointed in the fact that the web-site said that there was a shower like we were looking for in stock. When we arrived there wasn't.

The Home Depot has been a great asset in our Kirksville area. After comparison shopping with other large hardware stores for backsplash to be installed in our new kitchen, I found the exact stone recommended by the installer at the Kirksville store. It was special ordered and came after a reasonable wait-time. The price was excellent as compared with competitors as well. This is my wow moment with The Home Depot.

I live in a small community and the Kirksville Home Depot is convenient for me to stop at and get supplies while preparing my new home for me to move in to. All of my experiences there have been good with helpful and friendly staff who have always made me feel important as a customer.

I have only good things to say about the KIRKSVILLE , Mo Home Depot . The employees are great , always get a positive answer to my questions and it's nice to shop at a store where the employees greet you with a smile .

These people rock. Was greeted several times upon entering store. Met someone in every department we walked through asking if they could help us find anything. Nicole in the return department was great, she needs a raise.

The Paint department was very helpful. They answered all my questions and made a very dreaded job much easier and almost fun! Dustin was one of the most polite and helpful person I have dealt with when purchasing paint. He was very knowledgeable about the correct tools to use and the paint combinations that produce a fantastic final project. Everyone from the time I walked in the door to leaving were very helpful and polite.

I wanted to thank the employees of the Gardening section of the store for helping me find some great deals/sales in that area. You have a great selection and variety of plants! A++++

I was in on two separate occasions and on both I was approach by an associate and was asked if I needed any help. I didn't have to go searching for someone. The first time I was in I was helped by a young man named Del. I was looking for a new washing machine and he was extremely helpful in pointing out different features and pointed he towards those that had what I said I was looking for. When I left I had the quotes on two different washers. I returned today with a washer in mind based on research I had done on my own. The store did not have the washer I wanted but could order it. For some reason the matching dryer was not available in either color that they came in and was unable to be ordered. Eric was showed me the model they did have on hand which was just a slightly smaller version of the one I wanted. He also, based on my comments, showed me another model and then sat down with me to do a side by side comparison of the features of both models. I appreciated the time he spent with me and was very satisfied they my purchase and my shopping experience.

These people really care about their customers and helping to solve issues.

I am handicapped and some stores treat me like an inconvenience. The employees here were friendly and treated me with respect and helped me with all that I asked of them.
