Staff are not friendly, and are not helpful. Management isn't strong enough to take control of the poor customer service offered at the store

I found store neat and clean, fast service and found my item with no problem. I have in the past and will continue to let others know about The Home Depot in Kissimmee Florida.

THE PEOPLE THERE DONT KNOW WHAT THERE DOING. SEEMS THEY DONT CARE ABOUT ITS COSTOMERS

We returned a damaged item. Had trouble getting the replacement, took nearly an hour. Disappointed at your store system but as a plus point a welcomer named ED was very sympathetic and supportive. Thanks Ed. Helped us relax.

This store was a pleasure to visit. I found the employees to be helpful especially Leigh who knew where the item I needed was located. I will go back to this location. The cashier was very helpful to me. Thank you!

We 've moved to a new house that is a little bit farther from this store but we still go back to this store because we feel very comfortable when we shop here.

Well, this time they got it wrong. I needed 3 pull-down vinyl shades cut to size- I clearly explained that the inside measurement of the windows was 29.25 inches and they needed to cut the shades to the correct width to fit that inside measurement. But they cut them about 0.75 inches too short, so now I have to go back and get them replaced. Never had this happen before- usually the store employees know what they are doing.

The staff was friendly the store was clean and the prices were reasonable. Definitely a great place to find a Christmas tree

Great store, always on top of it. Dryer motor died at 9 pm, rolled in 10 minutes to closing associates were more helpful and got me what I needed without griping or making sarcastic comments like late evening employees at the blue store

I WAS ABLE TO BE ASSISTED WITH AN EXCELLENT EMPLOYEE THE GREETING WAS AWESOME AS SOON AS I ENTER THE STORE IT FELTED WELCOME . ALL THE ASSOCIATES WERE POLITE AND CARING. THE STORE WAS VERY CLEAN AND MOST OF ALL ORGANIZED.

A few people helped me over the 3 days I came in there, all were friendly and knowledgeable of items in the store.

I never picked up my order (10 weeks) and rather than it being cancelled and my charge credited the merchandise was just returned to the stock. Luckily I remembered I never picked up the order and was able to get credit for the order but something is wrong that I had do this

Most of the times people write reviews because they didn't get their way but the experience in this store was so terrible i just wanted to warn other people because if you have the option to go to another location, i highly suggest it. I walked into the store knowing exactly what i wanted because i've bought the same products before. I moved to another state and needed to repurchase them. When i got there no one was at the department (applicances). Someone from another department had to help me and i have nothing negative to say about him. He was actually friendly and very helpful. He got my order ready and i was ready to pay but i needed to use the restroom and change my child's diaper. He told me i was pretty much all set and to go to a registrar and someone will ring me out there. Well when i got there no one was at the department AGAIN. After speaking to 3 other employees from different departments i ended up at customer service where they told me i could ring out. I didn't want to be here because i wanted to sit down with someone and go over the warranty and other questions. Unfortunately it was my only option and the experience was exactly what i thought it would be. Quicker than i wanted it to be and i left with many questions. The reason i took the time to complain about this is because coming from my hometown Home Depot this is NOT what they are about. The experience were complete opposites.

Whilst there was not an available employee for the section I needed help in, Lisa who works in another section saw me and advised via intercom that I was there. After standing there for a few moments Lisa continued to check with me hoping I was getting assistance however in that it never happened she took interest and tried her best; this is not her area of expertise. However, I appreciate that she took the time as an employee to assist a customer even though she could not do much she made me feel satisfied that she noticed me standing there and she tried her best to help. HomeDepot need more employees like LISA!!

I love Home Depot and every time I'm looking for something, I know I can find the item over there.

Associates availablity is always lacking. Ive only recently moved to the area and I shop Home Depot for the products and service they provided. This store is lacking SERVICE! Women should not have to shop in any stores without even being asked is assistance is required. If Ms. Lisa could always be there, that store would be awesome. Hats off to her for always being friendly, helpful in all areas and going the extra mile.

I was very plesantly surprised at how much the employees knew and went out of their way to get me the best price on the plants I was buying and getting them delivered to my home at a very fair price, with all the information I needed as a customer. I also want to state that the improvements in this store overall have been very significant,

we stopped at the store for a couple of items - one we could not find - ask an associate - he went out of his way to show us were they were and how many varieties they had in stock.

The store is convenient located for the area, the staff is always helpful ans willing to assist.

I enjoyed each visit at this store. Excellent attention and prices are good. Well organized and employees are ready to serve you.
