I been coustomer of this Home Depot for many years and Johnny Rivera his my go to person . He always go beyond his department to make sure I revived all my needs through my projects. Even if is not his department

Older staff member supervising self check out was extremely rude, yelling at customers like we were in first grade. Very very poor experience and I wouldn’t return to this location.

We did'nt have a hard time buying what type and size of window we wanted. Julio Candelario the person who help us, he was very kind and so helpful.

I was having a problem with lifting stones and Albert saw that and called an employee to help me. When I checked out he called Michael to help me load my items into my car.

The Home Depot associate name Kerina was very rude and not helpful at all, one of the worst I have had to deal with at your establishment. I would recommend this associate get retrained ASAP. I'm very reluctant to shop at this store anymore.

Home depot always gives amazing customer service. I totally love home depot.

Had to go to the store to place a special order, can’t do it over the phone or online. Oh, and after a 45 minute drive - you can’t do it on weekends. Second trip - got it ordered, estimated arrival 2/14 (7 days). Seems long but it will arrive just in time. 2/14 - check my order status and the automated system says it’s been received and I’ll be notified when it’s prepared. Talk to a person - vendor hasn’t even shipped it, estimated arrival is 3/3. VERY DISAPPOINTING!

In Garden Mr. Albert and associate were simply amazing customer service

I walked in to speak to customer service about using my store credit with them so they can order what I needed since I couldn’t use the store credit online, a woman told me no that I had to use the store credit in store. Luckily I ran into Grant and asked him, he ended up ordering what I needed using the store credit. I had the best experience because of Grant ! Thank you for being knowledgeable

In today's society it's hard to find genuine people and John is definitely one of them, i work in hospitality so i know just how demanding customers can be, but to have a positive attitude up until the end of shift isn't easy but he had i.
