Plumbing department was well stocked and organized. Employee in this department was more than helpful.

Rick did a fabulists job helping me by a grill today. He is exemplary of what I find in the employees at Home Depot. The store is well stocked, neat, and employees are great!

I enjoy shopping at Home Depot I just wish we still had one in Wilson but nevertheless I always enjoy the trip all the way to Knightdale and the customer service is always on point

Purchased 2 gallons paint

The store employees were very unaware on who job it was to assist me in purchasing a new grill that was outside. Garden vs customer service. But once we they did figure it out they were nice.

In a time when customer service is hard to find, this store gave me GREAT customer service. Several different employees asked if I needed assistance and then followed through on helping me locate it.

Needed help finding what I needed, self checkout receipt printer wasn't working, everyone got together & got me everything I needed.

Me and my wife bought a Fridge last Saturday, and went back this Saturday to buy a washer and dryer. She's awesome.

We recently moved here from Michigan and this store has been our go to for all of our home needs ever since. We’ve been multiple times and have never had a bad experience. Every time we encounter a new employee they always go above and beyond and burst with positive energy. Highly recommend.

I just wanted to thank Elisabeth for her excellent customer service today. I went into the store and was looking for something specific that I should have been looking for at an auto parts store. But she was able to narrow it down and take me to the product I needed. I then also purchased a few more tools than I planned on buying. Thank you again so much Elisabeth for the great customer service!

I purchased three new appliances that were not available in the store. The sales associate, AJ at the Knightdale store was a super star in helping me. It took a while but he was there to the end and told me what to expect etc. He was polite and knowledgeable and gave great advice. Thank you AJ.

I shop at the store since I moved to the area and I've been renovating my entire house. This Home Depot is very convenient not only for its location but also for the items in store and the staff that is always friendly and helpful.

Went to the store for something was supposedly in stock. Turns out the employees didn’t know they had it. A village came to my rescue and offered alternative solutions. They were warm, friendly and patient. Eventually another CSR heard of my dilemma and found the item in another spot. Thank you Miss Yvette, Blanca and Wynter! You ladies were absolutely amazing. Product is fine - some sales help helpful, others just there to get a paycheck.

I purchased a Glacier Bay Toilet from Home Depot my husband and I decided to install it ourselves; the install was so easy it only took about 40 minutes total to install and the toilet works great so proud of ourselves we are now going to replace the other two saved ourselves over $200 install fee I want to thank Joshua and the other worker whose name I did not get (so sorry) for being so patient with me answering all my questions and helping me to choose just the right toilet for my home.

We are replacing carpet and found an awesome person to help us understand the many choices. We highly recommend AJ in the flooring department. We had stopped at a competitor; although, I do not know why because we prefer Home Depot. That stopped solidified why we prefer Home Depot. The competitor's associate was not knowledgeable and told us to call the manufacturer or the contractor they use for installation to get our questions answered. AJ is knowledgeable, courteous and explained everything in an easy to understand way. We are buying our carpet from Home Depot!

Ordered $13,00.00 of flooring one month before delivery at the Knightdale NC. Store it was a joke a total disaster. Too many problems to list. I will never shop there again.

I have for the last few years tackled many project around my house and that of family members. He is alway there to assist and give guidance when others give up. We only shop at the Knightdale Store because of him.
