I Love The Home Depot paint department. Very helpful in paint products and paint colors. Only purchase Behr products for my personal use.

The ladies that I talked to on my visit today in order to buy paint products were friendly, knowledgeable, positive, and generally very helpful all while they were very busy. A good experience.

I have an older home but love the primary color and have tried many times to color match paint as the place that made the original paint no longer makes the exact color. On top of that, it is a little sunfaded. So i tried here. WOW! Excellent machine match! Great helpful employee at paint dept. However no other employees throughout the store that we could ask for info on so that made it very difficult to locate the items needed; shelving and isles not well marked. I'll definitely get paint here again!!

We have shopped at the Onalaska store for two houses that we have bought and remodeled over the last 12 years. We always come back here because employees DO THEIR JOB! They know their products, actually get up and walk you to what you are looking for, and make sure that you find what you came for. This has not been our experience at many other similar kinds of stores. It's just so nice to be able to ask about a particular product, or ask for advice, and someone who has studied and learned about the products they sell is right there to help you. We appreciate greatly this kind of service. Thank you!

Purchased a LG stackable washer dryer set and the delivery men could not install it because of A side venting dryer..... when in fact the sales person said they would be able to..... WHATSUP.....

The employees are exceptional and go out of their way to help. The cashier helped me through the self checkout so I did not have to lift heavy items to be scanned. I love shopping at this store!

Sales Associate, Tom Coleman, was very helpful and went out of his way to see that my last visit was a great experience. I has been overcharged for having someone come to my house to take measurements for a new front exterior door and a rear patio door. Tom called me at home later that day and informed me of the mistake. The next day, I returned to the store and received a refund on my debit card. His action was outstanding.

I love to shop at Home Depot! As a woman, I prefer to shop there more than the mall. I always leave there inspired and with a can do spirit. The staff is very knowledgable whether in paints, flooring, gardening or anywhere in the store. I found many great deals in the process of renovating my home through the assistants. They will help you find what you are looking for plus, save you time and money. Shop Home Depot, you will not be disappointed. P.S. My husband prefers I shop at Home Depot without him because I take too long. If, I believed in Santa Claus, I would tell him where he can get me all the things I want.

I drive 20 min each way just to shop here, as I always receive better service compared to the local Menards locations.

Love this store! I like Menards too, but both stores have their strengths and weaknesses. One of the strengths of Home Depot is Gary in Electrical. He listens carefully to what I'm trying to accomplish and figures out solutions for me every time. He's especially good at thinking out of the box, as I'm an artist and often use things in non-traditional ways. I've found that to be true of other employees in that department as well. Also of EXTREME importance to me as a woman and DIYer is the fact HD will cut my lumber for me! Menards won't do this so they lose my lumber business most of the time, even though they are far more conveniently located to me. Cutting down 4x8 sheets of plywood and veneers would be extremely difficult for me to do by myself. Thank you HD for that.

Wonderful experience. Dave in the custom blinds, was so unbelievably knowledgeable, and so willing to help. It was a very stress free, ordering experience. One that I was not looking forward to, but so happy and satisfied when I was done. Great job Dave! A big thank you from me.

Well-stocked; however, not all items available from Home Depot are on the store's shelves, but available only online. Prior to making a trip, I would suggest using the Home Depot app to see whether the item is in stock. If not, it can be shipped to your home (free if order is more than $25) or you may pick it up at the store at no additional charge. I did not do that. I did not make a special trip to the store, which is some 45 miles distance from my home, but rather stopped there on a trip to do other things. I wouldn't make a special trip until I had checked the app and made any applicable online orders beforehand.

I would never shop at any home depot store in my life. Due to the fact that if you have there credit card and you die, The bill is turned over straight to collections and your loved ones will be instantly harassed by debt collectors. This happened to my mother 2 years ago when my father unexpectedly passed away. 8 days after the funeral , there were no late payments on the card either, and they wanted there money in full! I have lived all over America and spent thousands of dollars at their stores, but today they got 27 cents (was giving a gift card for Christmas) (wont ever happen again).

We worked with David F. in the paint department and besides being personable, thoughtful and easy to work with he has experience and is an asset to the store. We will return because of him and the other employees who were helpful as well.

The staff one of the top reasons why this is our favorite store. They are always extra helpful and friendly and knowledgeable. The store is well-stocked and easy to locate needs. They go out of their way to be sure you get the help needed.

They had several brands and price points available of the item we were shopping for. The sales person was very knowledgeable, patient and professional.

Never enough registers open. Cashiers leave when people are standing in line and she is the only lane open. Manager called for him to say ok and walk off
