My husband and I have been having to do a lot of work in our basement. Everything from wood to drywall, to painting and a few in between. We’ve never done anything like this before so of course we’ve had to run to Home Depot about 100 times. Every single time we go, all employees we’ve dealt with have been so helpful and they all are willing to help. It’s turned an unfortunate situation into one that’s easier to deal with!

We love this Home Depot! The staff is very attentive and friendly, and they do their best to help you find what you need right away. The store was clean, which is hard no doubt with the size of the store. Thanks for all you do for Onalaska.

The store was organized and neat and clean. The appliance specialist was very thorough and stuck with the process to see that we got what we were looking for.

This store is large in respect to size and product availability but the employees make it feel like a small store. There could not be enough people available to have them at hand when you need them, but a quick visit to the service desk and someone will be dispatched immediately to help you. The employees are knowledgeable and motivated to help you in whatever you need to get done.

I shop at the Onalaska, Home Depot, regularly! On the evening of Monday, March 29th, I stopped into the store for items from the Closetmaid section and was assisted by one of the Associates in that area. The individual who assisted me, was outstanding in his demeanor and in accommodating my needs! AWESOME! When checking out, an Associate by the name of Julian, made my checkout experience, hassle free!! He asked if he could assist me with my purchases, as I navigated through the “Self-Checkout!” I had a number of cumbersome items; and, he noticed that. A GREAT EVENING AT THE HOME DEPOT, ONALASKA, WISCONSIN! Thank you!

The Home Depot in Onalaska Wisconsin is an amazing store. Why? Because of people like Mary and Jason who work in the Lawn Mowing and Grill area. Caring, knowledgeable and trustworthy are the words that come to mind. Bottom line, this is my go to store period!

I am a female with limited tools. I came into the store to get shelving cut and purchased for my Sunday project. Thanks to Harrison for his request to help me and get the boards cut. Great service ! Great attitude ! Thank you.

Excellent customer service!

Need to put inventory on store shelves not left in upper storage so customers can see what inventory is available to purchase. Visited store and two weeks later shopped and shelves still didn't have inventory I was looking for, so looked online & it had inventory available had to ask Store Employee to assist. Also Clerks need to be better trained with there check out stations so they better assist customers when trying to self - check - out!

With the difficulty of getting appliances in a timely manner recently, Home Depot has the best selection with acceptable availabilities.

The employees at this store are amazing. I've had two separate visits where I needed assistance because I was unsure of how to find what I needed. On the first visit, the Assistant Manager helped me to find an alternate product in my price range which worked out better than I had hoped. On the second visit, the sales rep, Kristin, helped me find what I needed on the website and even ordered it for me while I was in the store. This is above and beyond my typical experience in a big box store. Thank you, Home Depot, for hiring very nice, helpful people who actually seem interested in assisting me to find solutions to my DIY projects.

The store was clean and assembled with the right amount of staff even during times of covid! Very nice products with knowledgeable workers. Purchased a second Toro snow blower (this one 2 stage for large snow falls) and again with no issues.

The outside of the store looks good and inviting when I went in there was a gal that offered sanitizer or masks Liked the room to shop instead of squeezing through, I don’t always think about your store but I don’t see any flyers or other signs by the roads too show that you’re store is close. Also so many potential customers don’t know all your items that you offer

Excellent service! We worked with Derek in the flooring department. He catered to all of our needs and helped us with every step of the process! Highly recommend!

The staff in the appliances area took their time with me and helped me save money purchasing a new range. We surfed the internet together looking for answers we didn't find in the Home Depot site. He worked with me for up to one hour and I am so thankful and excited to get me new range.

I HAVE BOUGHT FROM HOME DEPOT SINCE 2004 WHEN WE BUILT A NEW HOUSE. THE SELECTION OF BUILDING ITEMS IS VERY EXTENSIVE. PLEASE KEEP INFORMED EMPLOYEES FOR THE DIFFERENT DIVISIONS OF THE STORE. BEING INFORMED REALLY HELPS KEEP PEOPLE COMING BACK

Dakota Villers was great.

The Home Depot is prepared to help customers by offering masks and hand sanitizer at the entrance of the store. (I had forgotten my mask) The salesman was so knowledgeable - I felt like I could trust him. The store was clean. Other employees were friendly as I walked through the store.

Products and prices I expect but what sets this HD apart are their employees. Great people who take the time to make me feel welcome. I'm a weekly regular several times each week as a house flipper/restorer. Many of the staff greet me by name and always offer help finding products or loading up. Cashiers are friendly, quick and get me on my way quickly

You will be happy you shopped there. Good quality, decent prices and excellent service.

The Home Depot in Onalaska, WI is always helpful with any project or product I need. The associates are friendly, which is very important to me when I have questions! I always leave this store feeling that all the associates I come in contact with, know their job! I feel that the products I buy at Home Depot are of great quality, that is why I will always return.

I drive ten extra miles to NOT go to a Menard's and patronize Home Depot. The customer service at Menard's is often a hung over 20 something young man who has no interest in helping a 60+ woman. I believe the products are typically of a higher quality and better suited to my tastes.

Mathew who works in the window treatment area was so patient with us when we changed our minds. He was very knowledgeable and knew his stuff.
