I shopped at Home Depot yesterday and was amazed at the staff on how helpful and knowledgeable they were. Found everything we were looking for. I will be back!

We stopped at The Home Depot and picked up the item we were looking for. The man that helped us find it was friendly and positive. He did tell us it would take him about 15 to get it from the store room. We did our other shopping and it was waiting for us up front in 15 mins. We purchased it and left the store, then realized it was on sale online and I returned to work with Jake at customer service and he gave is the sale price difference. It was very pleasing.

My husband and I were greeted by each employee we encountered.

Home Depot has great prices going on for the summer and also a great selection of appliances. We loved the electric range we just bought. We can't wait to go back for a new microwave!

My purse handle fell apart and Cyndy fixed it

It was very easy to find a new freezer at Home Depot. They had great products, what we wanted and it was on sale. Better yet it will be delivered tomorrow. Yippee!

Customer service was excellent.

I wanted to buy 2 lawn chairs and couldn't carry them. Someone from customer service called for a young man to come and help and he was there in a couple minutes. He got a big cart and waited while I go approved for your credit card. He was very helpful and friendly. This was April 3 and I hope he gets promoted soon, he is a people person for sure.

I wanted to buy a convertible refrigerator/freezer and knew nothing about them except that I needed a unit that would work in the garage in Wisconsin winters. The employee I spoke with was polite, knowledgeable, professional, reviewed the order & even thanked me!

Our family has been shopping at this store since November of 2014. We have never had a unhappy experience with the service at this store.

I went to Home Depot to return some H2O filters. The women @ the return desk could not have been NICER!! I was also looking for weed killer. The 2 sales men who helped me find what I was looking for were also just great!!! It seems like when ever I am in Home Depot the sales people are so willing to help!! It makes this 80yr old grandmom's day great!! THANKS

I needed help getting a toilet down from the shelf on to my cart so I went to find a employee. I asked the first employee I saw if he would help me and he said there should be someone over there and I said there wasn't. He helped me and said we passed up four people that could have helped you. I said they were not there before and he said yes they were. He was just very rude!! His name was John so do not ask John to help you!!

Excellent service. We were purchasing an appliance package. Katelyn was so knowledgeable. We also purchased 3 bathroom vanities on-line. They were beautiful and a great price.

The store was like most Home Depot stores, but the major difference was the sales associate that helped us. His name was Cameron and he was fantastic. He went out of his way to make sure that we had everything we needed and our experience was exceptional. I also watched Cameron make sure other customers were helped and not ignored, while he was helping us. I highly recommend looking for Cameron at the Onalaska store, so that you may also have an outstanding shopping experience!

On the evening of Monday, May 17th, I visited the Onalaska, Wisconsin store, to primarily select necessary items for a particular shelving design in my Pool Shed. I arrived only with measurements and ideas. Two Team Associates, McKay & Derek, took those measurements and on-site, designed a shelving unit for a unique wall area, in the mechanical area of my Pool Shed. They collectively worked “in tandem” with me, on those specific details of the project. Thank you, McKay and Derek, with your interest, expertise and professionalism! Doc

My trip there for the first time was awesome! If we couldn't find what we were looking for we just asked and they walked us right to it. They were very helpful and they went above and beyond what I would have expected!

My husband and I have been having to do a lot of work in our basement. Everything from wood to drywall, to painting and a few in between. We’ve never done anything like this before so of course we’ve had to run to Home Depot about 100 times. Every single time we go, all employees we’ve dealt with have been so helpful and they all are willing to help. It’s turned an unfortunate situation into one that’s easier to deal with!

We love this Home Depot! The staff is very attentive and friendly, and they do their best to help you find what you need right away. The store was clean, which is hard no doubt with the size of the store. Thanks for all you do for Onalaska.

The store was organized and neat and clean. The appliance specialist was very thorough and stuck with the process to see that we got what we were looking for.

We have been extremely satisfied with the service and products from the Onalaska Home Depot. I highly recommend this store!
