Associate Del Tavera in appliance section did an excellent job of showing us different brands of refrigerators, the specs and features of each appliance. His professional information helped us select an excellent refrigerator. He also saved us money by informing us of a savings event. Excellent service!!

I had to order some blinds that were a unique size and Joy was very helpful finding the right blinds that met our special order needs.

I usually get great information when I do get an associate but they are hard to find in this store but way better than any Lowe's store.

1ST AN EMPLOYEE SHOULD HAVE A DEGREE OF KNOWLEDGE ABOUT THE PRODUCT IN HIS STORE.. 2ND AN EMPLOYEE SHOULD ALWAYS TAKE YOU TO THE ISLE WHERE THE PRODUCT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR IS, NOT JUST GIVE YOU THE ISLE IT IS ON.. ( HOW MANY TIMES HAS THIS HAPPENED, AND THEN YOU GET TO START ALL OVER AGAIN.. 3RD - MOST IMPORTANT CUSTOMER SERVICE, SEEMS TO BE A LOST ART.. I WOULD LIKE TO COMMENT THAT ALL THREE ISSUES I EXPERIENCE AT THE HOME DEPOT STORE IN LAHARBRA, CA. DID MEET ALL THREE STATEMENTS ABOVE.... AND I ALSO RECIEVED CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH A SMILE....

I had a excellent store experience . Customer service was great along with most courteous staff. No long lines at check out. My wife and I visit La Habra store frequently.

I worked in construction for thirty five years. and I always go to your store because it has everything that I need for the different construction projects that I do.

I was satisfied with my visit , I had no complains.

The store was clean, and organized. I find easily the items I was looking for., The cashier line was at the moment when I was there was not busy at all. So It was a quick checkout. I would recommend these store to my friends.

Got unexpected help from loader when he seen me pushing a cart loaded with 500 lbs. of gravel bags. pushed cart to my SUV and loaded all bags.

I needed bead board for a cabinet my dad made and I'm refurbishing. The wood was too big to fit in my car. One of the associates suggested that I go to the tool rental department and see if they could help me cut the wood. Two gentlemen in that department took the wood and cut it to the exact size I needed to complete my project. They were knowledgeable and courteous and quick! I can't tell you what that kind gesture meant to me. I love Home Depot and will, as always, recommend the store to everyone. Thank you, Home Depot, from the bottom of my heart for a wonderful experience.

I consider myself fortunate to be one of the "regular" customers. Most staff members are knowledgeable and helpful within their areas of expertise. A special note of appreciation to Adora in Gardening.
