I was in the electrical isle asking a question from an employee. At the other end of the aisle I heard a heated conversation with a customer and a guy offering free water tests. The customer kept telling the guy to leave him alone and some explicative words were exchanged. The water guy appeared to leave the customer alone then came back around the corner and told the customer he could tell the customer when he was off so the hippy could meet him in the parking lot. The customer blew up and began yelling at the hippy for threating him. The customer told him that he would be reporting his threat to his supervisor. Was the hippy an employee? If so, he needs to be fired. If not, Home Depot should more carefully screen its vendors roaming their aisles. My 2 cents.

If you dont know what type of adhesive i should use when installing a prehung door. ask someone. If you dont know the sku number for a big sheet of plywood that is missing the barcode, walk to the bay or look it up for your customer.

I bought a gas Lawn Mower Toro 21" RWD High Wheel and it's an awesome Lawn Mower. The store gave me the best service ever and quick, too.

I needed lumber cut, the staff in Bldg. & Lumber are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. It's easy in and out, parking is better than others. Store staff is all friendly.

I am in the middle of a residential project and several employees have assisted me, answered all my questions and even recognize me as a frequency customer and inquire how my block wall project is coming along. I always find what I need here. The staff at the customer service desk are all super friendly and hats off to them as I have seen them maintain professionalism even with AH customers. I have several Home Depots near me and this one is by far my favorite!

Jeff Martinson has been very helpful to me as protest anytime I need anything he is there very prompt I am so happy to have found him here in la habra as I live in Victorville and mostly take work up there so me being on a new job and a new city helps out extremely when you get help like Jeff Martinson thank you so much again for everything

I cannot say enough good things about this place. But ESPECIALLY the team: Dalton, Edgar and Tim. Thankfully I live only a mile from here and I have tons of stuff to buy so usually at least one of these guys is there and ALWAYS help me to the MAX. Give these gentlemen a raise Valerie!

The staff in the tool rental department does a great job providing rental services. All are knowledgeable and capable of helping on any project. Unfortunately due to staffing issues, they all work extra hard so be patient, it is worth the time.

We rented a log splitter here. Easy-peasy, would rent again as needed. Employees were super helpful. I don't usually shop at this store but will shop there in the future.

I hate shopping and dreaded having to shop for a new washer and dryer. Went to Home Depot La Habra with my husband and had an exceptional experience because of the most patient, kind, and knowledgeable salesman. I highly recommend him. His name is Del and he will treat you like royalty. Actually I have always had good experiences at this store, but this time was worth mentioning. Thank you Del for making a dreaded trip into a pleasant one.

I brought a unopened Ryobi angle grinder that I couldn't find a receipt. Over the last 20.years my returns have been at the minimum. I was at the return register with Marisela first thing she said with a attitude home Depot doesn't take power tools back without a receipt. Extremely rude manager wouldnt help me too busy Leslie I found Leslie gossiping with other employees so I guess this is being busy. I was talked down management wasn't to busy to help me. Leslie is a poor example of a Mgr.
