La Mirada Home Depot is my frequently visited store. Always in-stock items and staff are friendly.

I wish I could remember her name however, I cannot. She works in appliances and was absolutely over the top one of the best associates I've ever interacted with at a Home Depot. The sales receipt says her ID is AKS5C10

Over the years (30-40) I’ve purchased home appliances and an array of home product and improvements. For example I purchased the air conditioners for my home and office building, and rentals. I’ve so much business with Home Depot that it would be impossible to list everything. Suffice it to say that I love the store and am grateful to have such a fine merchant help me keep my house and rental units in good shape. I’m generally able to find most things to satisfy my needs.

Love this store, it has everything I need. Love the garden area, so many beautiful things there. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

When 20 years that I remodeled my house, I always came back to Home Depot for my products. As a matter of fact, my kitchen counters sink, bathroom, sink and toilet are going to be replaced soon and the items I had found all of them at Home Depot reasonable prices one stop shop & done.

What i was looking for is there parts for my sprinklers (toro), pool supplies, husky tools from 23 yrs ago, Light bulbs.

I bought the supply today. I got Mulch, concrete blocks, wood, organic soil, sand and compressed granite. Service employee was most helpful in guiding me through the process.

i got wonderful customer service, from Rafa manager. he got me in and out fast. So i don't waste time in the store. For a contractor, that's money

NO SALES PERSONNEL AVAILABLE FOR HELP OR QUESTIONS , TERRIBLE TRYING FIND SOMETHING WHEN PRODUCTS ARE MOVED IN STORE AND SEPARATED

People were so helpful and courteous! All my questions were answered. What I really appreciate is that inventory can be checked now- no more useless trips! My son used to work in paint, so I know how rigorous it can be. All my questions and concerns were addressed, and I received the product I needed.

Home Depot employee Charlie went out of his way to help me find a good replacement bulb...It is a perfect jreplacement and it works just like the old original one even though the name and numbers had changed, both on the bulb and the box.

Mark, the sale cashier who assisted me today, took it upon himself to retrieve not just one, but two heavy 5-gallon water refill and place them on my cart without me even asking him. I was so pleased that Mark performed that labor intensive action without being asked. I really never had another self service cashier do that same thing unless either I or my wife ask them to help us. That shows enthusiasm and a stong work ethic in my opinion. I wanted Mark to be comended for this thoughtful deed.

I was helped by Tyler in the lumber department. I am a teacher and I was looking for a 4ft x 8ft whiteboard. He went out of his way to ask two more associates if they knew anything about this product. One of them looked it up online and was able to locate it on the top shelf. Tyler went above and beyond to retrieve the massive box from thetop shelf. He also went out of his way to help me cut it down to the perfect size. His help saved me so much time and money. Thank you!

This store should be the training store for all other local Home Depot's. All employees are friendly and enjoy their careers at Home Depot.... Management is doing a great job and should pass on the secret.

The ProDesk team in La Mirada, California (12300 La Mirada Blvd, La Mirada, CA 90638), which included Ann Marie and Andres (ProDesk manager), was fantastic! They were very attentive to my needs and guided me through the purchase process effortlessly. I needed some help having holes drilled in something I was purchasing that I could not do myself and Kim and Bill were so kind to take care of that for me. I love Home Depot and the store manager, Kim, and Bill were so wonderful.

For the most part I have always had good experiences at this store most associates are always very friendly. except for today when i went to buy artificial turf and the guy at flooring was super rude, he acted like he was doing me a favor for free he really seems to hate his job. Everyone else I encountered at the store though 100% positive. From the guy who saw me wondering at the store and sent me in the right direction to the cashier and the young man who helped me load my stuff in the parking lot. Dora was my hero though she was already leaving work and saw me struggling so she took her time helping me even-though she was already off the clock.
