Well laid out. Merchandise seemingly always in order & where, in my opinion, it shoud be. Employees so polite it hurts! Employees that take the time to help you make informed decisions based on what you let them know. We made a large appliance / package purchase and the service & attention given made us feel as though we were the most important customers ever. I've been to the store before purchasing smaller inconsequential items & have never been treated less than the best.

No customer service, bad checkout experience, store not well kept and I have to retrieve my own carts. I will shop home depot but not this store.

This store has everything I need for reasonable prices. Most of all, it provides one of the best customer service for a home improvement establishment. This kind of servive cannot be found with online shoppings and with other competitors of the same trade.
