I was in the store getting items for my front lawn. The lady associate in the Garden Dept was helpful in not only loading my car but, with answering questions that made my shopping experience easier.

Took several calls for help in paint dept!!! I'm not sure of her name she came from desk across paint dept I think she was schedule for lunch put she came and mixed the paint first 2 cans was wrong color put she continued until she got it right Thank You (I LOVE SHOPPING AT HOME DEPT I'M NOT SURE WHAT HAPPEN THAT DAY)

Everything was stocked. Associates were friendly and helpful.

The associate in tools was very helpful and knowledgeable. Also, the cashier in Customer Services was extremely friendly and in great spirits.

The store was very clean and well lit. The associate that helped me was very nice, friendly & knowledgable. I would definitely recommend home depot to others.

Found this store simple to navigate and liked the wide variety to choose from. enjoyed my stud finder, but enjoyed the price even more. I wouldn't think twice about shopping from them again

An associate named John who was in the middle of working on something, stopped to give me assistance. He wasn't sure about the tool I was looking for, but immediately looked on the Home Depot App and found exactly where it was in the store and walked us to it. It was an easy trip and saved us a lot of time.

Had to pick up some sod and cypress mulch. Price was better than competition. Did not take long to check out. Cashier and associates were very knowledgeable and friendly. Access to lawn and garden products is easy, especially when the associates are not lazy. These guys had me loaded in 5 minutes. Even had crew working on canopy covering the garden area; their equipment was not in the way and they were professional in the way they were working.

Sales Associates were extremely helpful and ready and willing to move your through the checkout line. Best experience I have had at Home Depot.

I was very happy with the help from the store employee who helped with the loading of the garden products on the store cart and loading the products in my truck. I was great to be able to talk to someone in English and Spanish.

The young man who assisted us went out of his way to assist us. I would recommend him to my friends if they shop there. His name was Miles I think he said his last name was Lopez not sure. But I told him he should be salesman of the year.

My experience started with returning two items (wheelbarrow wheel and tub). The associate (sorry, did not get her name) was so cheerful and sweet. She asked if we had any problems with the two items and I explained my story. My 81 year old mother insisted on getting the parts rather than a new wheelbarrow because she did not want to spend the money on a new one. And the wooden handles were still usable. (That could be debated). Once she saw the price of the two items and I explained she could purchase an entire wheelbarrow for the same amount, she asked that I return them and get the whole item. After returning the items, I searched for the various options you had. They were outside, chained up in front of the store. I also used my phone to search on line to see what else you offered. On-line showed items I did not see outside. I went back into the store and asked the first person I saw-Lisa. She was a cashier and gave me great directions to where I could find similar products in the garden section. She had the friendliest smile. An item I found on line was in the garden section of wheelbarrows. It was a dump cart that I thought my mom would be able to maneuver much easier than a wheelbarrow. (My mother is very strong willed and insist on doing many things herself. She is a young 81.) I brought the dump cart to Lisa and there was a problem with the online price versus the in-store price. Lisa viewed the online price and asked another associate (Sorry I did not get her name either) to verify the pricing and item. She was very sweet. She walked with us back to garden to check. There were two similar items. I had not chosen the correct one. So she explained to me they would be happy to work with me to make sure I get the item I preferred. I thanked her and said I would think about it and return tomorrow. As we were walking out, Lisa came running after us to see why we were leaving empty handed. I explained the situation and told her I would be back tomorrow. She said no, you go get the item I want and she would work with me to make sure I was happy. I did and so did Lisa. By the way, did I mention this all took place 30 minutes before closing. These 3 associates, all ready to go home after a long day of work, were extremely cheerful and helpful and made us feel welcomed and appreciated for shopping with Home Depot. This is why I love shopping at Home Depot, even if I have to cross Ambassador Caffery to get there. Thanks, Steve

I am currently in the middle of a kitchen remodel, there is a Lowes across the street from our Home Depot. I have always been pretty loyal about splitting my business, but when I really got going with my project I found Home Depot to be the superior place to do business. Associates like Pam and Roland so eager to help.

I was so pleased with the associate that helped me in the tool department. He helped me to find the parts that would fit my tool.

There was a large assortment of vegetable plants and the plants were in very good shape and healthy. I was able to find and purchase fertilizer and plant stakes and all items I needed. There was plenty of stock to choose from.

Every time I visit this Home Depot the employees are very helpful and the store is always clean and it is a pleasure to shop there.

I went to exchange bathroom fixtures. Sales associate was very helpful. She refunded my money and I was able to purchase replacement fixtures, as well as something else that I needed.

I needed some timbers for my flower beds. They were on sale for $1.97 - much better price than any other store!

THE STORE IS ALWAYS CLEAN, EVERYTIME I GO THERE. I DON'T SHOP THERE DAILY BUT, WHEN I GO IT'S CLEAN, ASSOCIATES ARE FREINDLY AND HELPFUL. THEY HELP LOAD YA TRUCK. IT;S THEIR JOB, BUT SOME OTHER STORES THEY NOT AROUND... TO HELP THANKS ALOT GUYS FROM MR.C
