No eagerness to serve, even when a service in the paint department was inoperable! I got a 'oh well' and 'I don't care' attitude

In my area where I live - I am less than a mile from Lowe’s and Home Depot. For years I have attempted to give business to both stores. However over the past two years I have stopped going to your competitor. I rather shop this particular Home Depot. The store has a friendly, lively atmosphere. I find great deals and I love the prices on their flowers. One exceptional employee (Jared - Outdoor plants) has always been kind and ready to help with my purchases. Great smile and sense of humor. He also helped my husband recently purchase a generator $799 for the hurricane. Jared helped him lift this very heavy piece of equipment and I don’t think he was in that Department. Also Laughton? In Flooring helped me patiently purchase $4,000 of laminate flooring. Great employees!!!!! Thanks!

I bought a HUGE vine from the landscape department and it was hot and no one was happy to be in the heat. This guy (Sederick Bobb) wrapped the huge pot with plastic so the dirt wouldn't spill all over in my car AND he figured out how to get it in the car without messing up the plant. Even if he would have broken off a few branches of the vine -I would have still been as appreciative. It is very hard to find good people, and you found one in this nice young man. Sorry but I would not give the Home Depot on the North side of town the same review. I find in the past their employees are usually not as helpful, sorry...

The store aisles were congested with unshelved merchandise in the garden center. The employees were not helpful. Products were very unorganized on the shelves...just shoved randomly. Very difficult to get assistance to retrieve a product that needed a forklift. Asked for a manager to meet us in the garden center, but the manager never came. Very disappointed in this store and what it has become.

Horrible customer service until you get short with them. Double charged my card. Over charged for mulch. Did not even follow the guidelines for curb side pick up. The in person customer service was also less than friendly. Overall a horrible experience.

Great clean store, conveniently located, well stocked, friendly and knowledgeable associates! I installed the Home Depot app. on my smart phone to make shopping even faster and easier - finds items, locations, quantities and prices at your fingertips!

Most workers are nice. However this is my second day in this store and the same cashier she is so rude and decided to tell me i must not have money i told her i have plenty and it has to be the machine she said obviously not bc the man before me checked out and if i have money why am i paying half cash on my 900 dollar purchase. bc i choose to. Thats why she was on register 10 when i told her never mind ill go to another register she was so rude i wanted to talk to someone right there but i let it go . I went to the other register and the lady there Laura was totally opposite thanks to her i had a ok experience. Still upset but bc she was so nice i thanked her and went on about my business. I believe someone needs to look into this.

Tiffany the associate and the managers Whitney James and Brenda went above and beyond to save me money and make things convenient for me. Tiffany took her time to research the problem with Brenda and give options. Whitney and James made it happen. I really appreciate their interest and concern. Wish I could always get service like this. It’s far from usual anywhere!

Great shopping experience as always. Walked in, told the attendant what I was looking for, was told the correct aisle and found it right away. Took it to self checkout, paid for it and was out the store in less than 5 minutes. Very convenient.

Do not bother ordering custom doors at this store. After six weeks of waiting and delaying all my other projects, I found out my doors were delivered to a completely different state and all 16 were damaged.

I visit this location at least Once a week. The Store is ABSOLUTELY Stocked, Clean and Customer Service is Superb!! Lucas ... The Cashier Is Such A Pleasure To Deal With! LOVE MY HOME DEPOT
