I thought I was going to get replacement parts for my barbecue, but ended up buying a new one because the price was so good. Everyone was extremely helpful.

Our cashier was so cheerful and happy to help us. Times are tough and monet is tight. She gave us a sub total and even checked items to see if there were any discounts.

After shopping online and reading reviews, I bought a Sparkling Amelia artificial Christmas tree here. It is just beautiful! I'm glad I was able to get it here, the employee showed me where to find it and it was easy to check out, get it home and set it up. I couldn't be happier!

I bought a dishwasher yesterday and it was installed today. Everything went very well from the purchase, to the delivery of my appliance. I am very thankful for the assistance I received from the Sales Representative to the Cashier all provided excellent service with a smile.

I recently had elbow surgery and I am not allowed to pick up anything Way more than 5 pounds. So when I needed to bring some 50 pound bags of pebbles home I asked for help. I expected someone to come with a very sour face coming from across the store, but instead I got someone who was cheerful positive and had a very “can do” Attitude about him. This is Miguel and he also helped me carry things to my car. But I thought that way also at the service desk and when I was checking out. This Home Depot store is doing something right, and you could see it in the positive outlook of the employees

I came to the store with my wife returning a blow dryer we bought for our yard. Mark approached with a smile and asked us if we needed help with another option. Absolutely terrible with the customer service employees. Especially the Hispanic employee who works in the evening he used to wear a Covid mask now he doesn’t. He works a 4-5 hour shift at night at the customer service counter and drives an orange Toyota Prius. He is very rude, disrespectful, has no care in the world for his job, and makes fun of customers with other employees. I saw him calling a customer a drug addict when he was a poor guy who was naturally skinny. That’s being biased and judgmental. This is California and we should have already overcome this type of abuse. He needs to be fired. I have videos of him doing this, but will not share it. He can be fake but people notice. It’s a privilege to work at Home Depot and be able to make money, so you need to respect and appreciate your job. Will call corporate after this

There’s no more advantage to go to Home Depot other than it’s closed prices are too high high material and assistance and check out is a joke

Made a purchase bought the wrong thing. Went back a couple hours later with receipt and the unopened item. Requested store credit to buy the replacement. Replacement not in stock. Tried to order on line in store but you can’t use store credit on line. Couldn’t void store credit and put back on my credit card. Now stuck with a credit I don’t want. Manager no help. Stuck with a credit in a store I never want to shop in again. Beware never take a store credit always get refund.

I adopted an orphaned ficus tree over a decade ago and found that despite my good intention, the tree needed a larger living space. I had the best experience buying the barrel half, rock and soil that would become its new digs. My thanks to Erin and Alex in the Garden Department! Great customer service!

Seems to be a good quality product

My son gave me a Father's day gift card and when I went to use it, I could not because it had no PIN. "Customer service" said there was nothing they could do. Home Depot is keeping my Father's day gift! I looked for a way to complain online but all I could find was the Better Business Bureau. Gift cards are a winning scam for businesses.

Been going to the Laguna Woods Home Depot for years. Great products and service. The staff is friendly and helps when needed. The 10% military discount is an added benefit for us veterans. Thank you Home Depot!

Bought a real grass for my pet

I shop at 3 different Home Depots in the area but I purchase 95% of my products from the Laguna Hills store mainly due to the customer service and the clean and organized store.

This location is surrounded by the Laguna Woods Village which is a residential area for people who are 55+. The employees cater to the seniors by taking the time needed to assist each customer and explaining things completely. We always get a "Hello" at the door and we are there so often that many of the employees recognize us. We appreciate the inventory at this store and if they don't have it in stock, the employee is quick to offer to assist us in ordering it. Thanks Home Depot for this location!

It’s springtime & decorating my yard & home with various plants brightened my day & home with fragrant, colorful & a welcoming curb appeal. Good prices, healthy plants gives everyone an automatic “green thumb” success!!
