I enjoy shopping for home improvement projects here. The selection is amazingly in all departments with terrific and informed employees who are very knowledgeable & helpful. I love the gorgeous variety of plants from exotic plants to anything you could ask for. I enjoy enhancing my home with lovely plants and it is a very fun and rewards hobby. The appliances are great with sales on a regular basis. The return policy is extremely easy with no hassles. You will love it at Home Depot on La Paz. Go directly there. You’ll be delighted!

it is a good store with good employees

I have been coming to this store since the day HD opened this location. It is the most convenient store for me. I love Home Depot as a company. They are always trying to improve and make it work for their customers. This Laguna Niguel store is a gold mine for HD corporate. Always busy...especially weekends. They have had dozens of store managers over the years. They all have struggled with keeping knowledgeable employees and the shelves stocked. The entire store is filthy. Every item you pull off the shelf is covered with dust, the aisles are crowded, and small items are often not in the right place. But they get the lions share of my purchases. So happy the HD online delivery has improved so much. More and more I find myself ordering online and having it delivered rather than trying to track it down at this store.

Just bad Servises and long lines for wverythings

Having had Home renovations last year and most recently, I am extremely grateful for this location. It is close, and I've always had the best experience and customer service with employees. The availability, selection, and quality of products is also very satisfactory. In addition, the returns procedure is simple and streamlined.

I just bought shade last week. Pia helped me and gave me very specific advice. she was very friendly and patient to help me chose the material and color. I give a shout out for her excellent service. Hower, when I tried to get help to buy an electric saw for shrub pruning, no one showed up after I made a request to get a professional. I went twice, disappointed in vain.

I really like this Home Depot.. It is small and easy to navigate to exactly what I need. When I am looking for something, there is always a smiling employee willing to assist.

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Anna Caruso, who made the entire experience stress-free and seamless. She was incredibly knowledgeable and guided me to the perfect stackable washer and dryer for my needs. Anna was not only well-informed but also extremely kind and patient. She took the time to answer all of my questions and address every concern I had, ensuring I felt confident in my purchase. Her customer service was outstanding, and she went above and beyond to make sure I had all the information I needed. Shopping for appliances can sometimes feel overwhelming, but Anna’s professionalism and friendly demeanor made it a positive experience. I purchased an oven a few weeks ago and scheduled a delivery date On a Friday. I was not aware that they do not do installations over the weekends. Home Depot only lets you return the product within a 48 hour time. As such, I’ve been trying to reach someone to reschedule delivery date, but nobody has responded

I was helped by Pia, she was amazing hostess and she was very knowledgeable in her product. She was very courteous, polite, and welcoming. I recommend everyone to visit her in her department. She is very hospitable.

Anna C helped me with my purchase of washer dryer tower. Answered my questions and made the purchase process very quick and easy . I am awaiting delivery of product I went to other stores and their customer service was very sad. Thanks for the help . MB

I bought a washer and dryer from the Laguna Niguel location, and Rose was beyond helpful. She made the experience very easy, with prompt and knowledgeable answers.

The people are friendly and helpful at this Home Depot. It is the best Home Depot I have been to. Even tho it is not the closets, I will now make this my go to Home Depot store.

Amazing customer service.

If you need a giant Frankenstein or Werewolf this is the place to go. If you need hardware, power tool supplies, or building materials you might have to go elsewhere or order online because this is by far the worst stocked Home Depot I have seen. I work up and down the coast of OC and LA and usually frequent numerous HD's and this location never has what I need.

Friendly staff. But no grass seed available in garden. Or six foot outdoor extension cords in electrical. Or half inch sprinkler heads in plumbing.

I bought a door to match the matching french doors I ordered from Home Depot. The wrong door was ordered and I had to wait several weeks before the new door came in halting my construction project. I had to pay to have the new door picked up, and there was no compensation for the aggravation they caused. When the new door came in my contractor wanted to check it before he transported it. They were not exactly helpful

She ordered my bathroom vanity 6 weeks ago But don’t have any order tracking information it What should I do , wondering cancel it ? I came Laguna Niguel Home Depot three time to talk with Lady did order vanity for me but she didn’t help anything about ordering situation. I am totally not happy because waiting so long and don’t know where is my order

Wish we thought of everything we needed..but then maybe sales associate should've asked more questions about our issue. Now we have to purchase other product and install ourselves.

I went in to find a countertop microwave, which seems to be quite a task these days. Russ in the appliance department was friendly, knowledgeable and helped me find the right one. He helped me order it online and have it shipped to my house. He had the same friendly and caring attitude with the people he assisted before me. I would definitely shop for appliances at Home Depot; look for Russ for help!

God forbid you have to return an item. The women working the return counter (sweet little gems that they are) will treat you like sh!t.

Reasonable prices. Some good sales. But not always stocked for what’s needed for my home and I am forced to buy more quantities than needed sometimes

I am on week eight of trying to get a purchased product delivered. Each time delivery date is set up and each time the morning of delivery they say we don’t have the product due to the manufacturer not shipping. But if you go online, they’ are still selling that range that I can’t get delivered? Why have anything for sale online, knowing that the vendor has not delivered any product to people who purchased a month ago? The whole thing has just been a terrible experience.

a couple month ago we bought smoke detectors and they have been doing some crazy things. So, i call and got ahold of Paul and he said bring them back so I did and you do not have them at all!!

I purchased 18 of an item that has reduced pricing if ten or more are purchased. The pricing was clearly displayed however the untrained cashier refused to look at the sign and refused to honor the prices. Contractors beware
