I was very happy with the selection and the choices of products. I did a Kitchen Reface with Home Depot. They were so professional and did a beautiful job. Looking forward to remodeling bathrooms.

The selection of the plumbing products I needed were both accessible/ reachable and I was pleased to have an associate nearby who was both informative and helpful in guiding me to the correct aisle. The prices were very reasonable and very comparable to their competitor up the road (starts with the letter 'L').

The first salesman we had was new and didn't know much. But then we got a really knowledgeable appliance salesman and he was perfect.

Two guys in the tool crib helped me pick out the best Ridgid vac for my needs. They were extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about the vac selection and accessory tools for my needs.

This was a garden area purchase. Good selection and I knew where the items were so it was very quick to checkout.

I was surprised that with all the holiday decorations up the store remains neat and streamlined. The displays were done so well leaving ample space in the aisles. I immediately received help with my heavy purchase into my cart and the most friendly and helpful associate was waiting with a smile at the register.

at times where i was needing help i was able to get prompt help and answers from the staff at this location! John and kevin were particularly helpful and patient during my times with them

This store is perfectly organized and very easy to find what I want!

I frequently visit the garden section of this particular store to purchase anything I would need for gardening. I also have experience in the lumber section because of my raised beds and chicken coop, in the pvc/fitting aisle I have always had a easy time finding everything due to the organization of the products.

Parking was the only problem - but I got a space (and exercise with the walk to & from the store), found what I needed inside, paid quickly, and was out in a matter of minutes. Quick & Easy!

I was in for a quick purchase. Asked an associate where to find the product and he walked me right to it. Easy enough!

Generally well stocked. Easy parking, great self check area.

I am a single mother so at first it was intimidating to go in my first time 15 years ago. I now go about three times a week, the staff are extremely friendly and offer to help me immediately so I never have to worry about anything. I have completely renovated my home and especially my garden with Home Depot products. I compare prices elsewhere, and always come back to HD!! Who needs a man when you have HD :)

This store has everything you need for any project you might have for home. The honey to do list is made for the Home Depot, from Gardening, to Kitchens, Bath, Flooring, and much more. My daughter and I enjoy coming to this location, specially the First Saturday of every month. She gets to build things! It's a real treat.

HD at Laguna Niguel is an asset to the community. Merchandize is the same in all other stores but it is the people – the employees that make the difference. Thanks for the good services render through the years.

For the remodel job I am working, I was originally planning on purchasing the needed items from various specialized and/or discount reseller's, however, after meeting Sherrie in the Pro Services department, I changed that game plan. The quality customer service and expert assistance received made me decide to purchase everything exclusively from Home Depot. Great job pro services!

I CAN ALWAYS FIND WHAT I WANT AND NEED. SOMETIMES YOU HAVE TO WAIT FOR AN ASSOCIATE, BUT THEY ARE HELPFUL WHEN YOU GET ONE. THE RENTAL DEPT. HAS IT ALL.

They matched Sear's price on an appliance and actually ended up being cheaper after installation! Sal the singing salesman made it fun.

In comparison with nearby Lowe's, Home Depot products and warranty much better. Recently chose Home Depot artificial turf and installation. The product, staff and turf removal and installation by Home Depot was superior.

Sal was awesome and gave me the right information for purchasing my dishwasher.

We always love shopping at this Home Depot. For some reason, it always seems so new and fresh there. The employee help was scarce since it was a Sunday when we were there, but usually we are fine with the help we receive. It was a little weird that we had to check out at a different register to get a rug cleaner, but it was right next to the one where we made other purchases. Overall, it was great!

My boyfriend and I had a very enjoyable experience working with an in-store Design Consultant for Kitchen and Bath, at the Laguna Niguel store location. We had a pipe burst in our home that caused us to reconstruct our master bathroom. The Design Consultant helped us choose new wood cabinets, a quartz bathroom countertop, hardware, and bathroom sinks. The Consultant's design experience and knowledge removed our stress on the hard decisions. The Consultant shared great ideas and options and we trusted the recommendations. The Consultant helped us find the most appropriate design components for our bathroom. The Consultant was a true professional but yet fun to work with!
