THIS IS THE BEST HOME DEPOT IN THE AREA. I HAVE BEEN TO OTHERS (AND THE BLUE GUYS), BUT THE PEOPLE AT THE PRO-DESK HERE ARE THE BEST!

Toady was a very busy Saturday at Home Depot, and the parking lot was full, but when I went in the store there was plenty of staff to help me find the items I was looking for and they truly were happy to help me. It was a truly great experience !

No matter what you are looking for there is always an employee around asking if you need help! Great team on this store and great selection of products!

This Hope Depot was much more friendly and helpful than the one where I live. In Sierra Vista AZ you can not find an employee to help you.

As a girl shopping is these types of stores, it can be intimidating... But, with these employees, I didn't have a worry. Lori in customer service is awesome.... If you need any help, or have a question. Lori will do her best to make sure you have the answers you need. This store has a ton of items, and very clean. The Manager Ryan is super friendly, and didn't hesitate to help me.

Mike was extremely helpful. I said to my granddaughter when she asked what I was looking for, a cute pot but I couldn't find one. Grandma I don't think you'll find anything cute at Home Depot!

My husband had a bad blood sugar drop as we were shopping. Irfy at the register was fast and we got a cold beverage ,he ran for cookies in their break room and we got my husband back steady and on his feet. We want to Thank Irfy for his quick thinking and kindness.

The able assistance provided by both Auntie and Jared during my shopping experience today was much appreciated.

Steve in plumbing is the man! He helped get me the parts I needed to fix my ice maker and offered an even easier alternative than what I was looking for. Definitely made my day. Thank you!

This store is top of the line. It is clean, orderly and well stocked. Everyone encountered was friendly and on some occasions "went beyond" to offer product knowledge and service.

Huge store, however very organized, neat and clean. Personnel were helpful, courteous, polite and very patient.

It says it ended jan. 29th so i am not sure what sweepsteaks you say that i was entered in. Gabriel is the best cashier i have met....but you guys need to look at rules and stop advertising this

Auntie was helpful and friendly even though she was extremely busy. She seems to enjoy her job and it makes it more fun to shop there knowing the employees are happy too!

Laguna Niguel location is outstanding because of its' tremendous staff. Everyone is happy, helpful and goes the extra mile to be sure your needs are not only fulfilled but surpassed. This location is not my closest 'home' store but I drive the extra distance as I know I will get the help I need. I have made simple purchases, painting project purchases and rented machines from this location and have received the same outstanding service with each experience.

I had a return that was past 90-days, although all of the product was still new, and with receipts. Gabriel, who took care of me, very politely described the return policy, let me know I would be issued store credit because it was over 90-days, and last but not least, was very expeditious for the entire process. It has got to be one of, if not, the best return experience I have ever had dealing with retail. Gabriel's level of service and professionalism is what will keep me as a loyal customer.

We recently purchased a Whirlpool refrigerator on sale. Our sales person was friendly, informative, efficient, and professional. We were able to get a quick delivery date. We just had our new refrigerator delivered and installed today. The installation people called the day before to give a time frame, then called 30 minutes before arrival. They were also quick, efficient, informative, and professional. I am beyond delighted with Home Depot and will definitely go to them for my future purchases and home improvement needs. Thank you, Home Depot!

Always friendly and helpful staff. Purchased many items including washing machine, refrigerator, flooring products. Can say enough ... very friendly staff. I have even rent tools and friendly staff there too. Provided options. Return process was smooth and fast.

Pam took the time to lead me to several locations in the store and helped me select supplies for Halloween costumes.

This store has a ton of items, and easy to find...

Organization was great during my search for goods. I found everything I needed for my project and more! The over-the-top situation that occurred during my visit to store #1077 in Laguna Niguel was great customer service by my cahier Suzanne. She was super friendly and turned a problematic credit application process into my best visit to any store. She treated me like family or a close friend and you don't find that a lot in this day and age of purchases over the internet & on-line reviews. I am definitely going to be doing any shopping for projects at that store.

Had to make a return of a fan that I bought online did not work well, and I didn't find my recipe but got store credit to get the fan I want, return staff very nice, the lighting staff was so helpful Frank was great and very patient with me as I was confused and confirming what I did was wrong or not.
