Went to store to get keys cut, returned home and none of the keys work, total waste of my time and money. Had a sample of Behr paint I purchased earlier, went to order 3 gallons of paint and was told they could only match it if I bought the most expensive line of paint..Marquee, which is $50 a gallon.

I have made so many trips to this store that I have been asked if I am a contractor which I am not. I am a DIY guy with experience in all the trades. It's how I paid the bills while I was going to college. Products are typically available at this store. Sometimes I am unable to locate a certain item, but that is not the norm. The employees are very helpful and some are extremely knowledgeable. The cashiers are very affable too. One day a cashier at this store informed me of the statistic that the average new DIY homeowner spends about $80,000 updating their home. Yikes! She's probably not to off the mark and explains the multitude of Home Depot locations.

Extremely helpful staff. Took time to help me find what I needed and repackaged the only opened item left and offered a discount. That's Service!

I've been to all of the local Home Depots and the Foothill Ranch store is my favorite. The employees seem to be more friendly and willing to help than other stores.

I ORDER KITCHEN CABINETS. PEGGY PRICE HELPED ME WITH THE DESIGN AND ORDERING THE CABINETS. SHE WAS VERY GOOD WITH EVERYTHING. SHE MADE THE PROCESS VERY EASY FOR ME. SHE IS AN EXCELLENT EMPLOYEE.

My husband, Chris and I went shopping for a new faucet and BBQ; and I had a small return that Ted was kind enough to help me with, who had a great attitude. We were also treated great by Mo, who told us where to go as he as at the front register and couldn't leave the register but was very helpful. Jose, Manager in Bath was outstanding and helped us to understand the differences in the selections and manufacturers of kitchen faucets. He also educated us that Home Depo could install the faucet in the kitchen which saved us money over a plumber, we were appreciative. He went out of his way to help us and even helped us with a BBQ. Jose, was exemplary in service and attitude going out of his way to assist us. He helped us save $50.00 by measuring our BBQ and helped us pick a cover we could afford. Jose pulled the BBQ to the car and helped my husband, Chris load it. Jose is exemplary. There are some great people at this store, Jose, Susan, Mo, Ted. Outstanding attitudes, people, assistance, knowledge, products! WE love this store. WE have been shopping here many years! We spent $893.62 and had fun doing it. Thank you Jose, Ted, Mo, Susie! The store is close by and always bright, clean and stocked with the products I'm looking for! I shop at this store at least 3-4 times a week, very happy with the Lake Forest store.

Marjan is the best cashier i've ever seen she was very helpful and very smart and she offered a lot of necessary items that i forgot and talking with smile that made my visit very nice.GOD bless her and thanks home depot to hire her.
