Everyone I’ve ever interacted with at this location has been kind and helpful. I bought my washer and dryer here and the lady who helped was very very nice. Whenever I have questions staff is very friendly and willing to help, even giving really great advice on cost saving.

Appreciate the range of brand selections, product knowledge on the part of staff as well as recognition/appreciation of the service of our military personnel.

Gentleman helped me pick out some wood panels to help reinforce my kids beds. He took the time to listen to what I was trying to accomplish pointed me in the right direction. Went out of his way to get a flat cart and share what panels worked for himself. Really was a great shopping trip with his genuine interaction. Sorry I didn’t get you name sir but truly appreciate the guidance.

I bought a Dewalt Miter saw table with wheels, which is a real back saver. Home Depot has the tools in stock to save my back and my time, and at a price to save my wallet.

All the employees at Lake Havasu City Home Depot are friendly and very knowledgeable. We have bought appliances, gardening supplies, sprinklers, electrical parts, lumber, paint, and so many other departments and every employee is great. Wouldn’t shop anymore else.

I have visited this store many times. Very rarely does an employee EVER acknowledge you, never mind asking if you require any assistance.

The Lake Havasu store goes above and beyond to be kind, helpful and overall outstanding customer service. We had help from Jeff in plumbing and he was knowledgable and knew more than we did about what we needed for our project. He guided us and took the time we needed to get the items we needed. He was outstanding! We then had an issue with a water heater missing a part, so we had no hot water and we called the store and asked them if they could help and they did! They found the part we were missing and had it waiting for us at customer service!! The best employees and best store ever!! Thank you for a wonderfully hot shower tonight! So grateful!!

You can have the most well stocked beautiful store in a great location. But the employees are what make this store exceptional.

We were struggling on what to purchase, as our fence and gate had to be ordered online. The employee that assisted me was excellent and very patient, as I had quite a few questions. Our order was placed and I left confident that we had ordered everything that was needed for us to install our fence and gate at our new home. Thank you Home Depot Lake Havasu for stepping up:)

This store has certainly changed in the last months, this store was one of the least friendly home depot l had ever been in, now you are greeted and employees seem to actually want to help, even the cashiers are friendly. Please keep up the good work.

Came in to find some RJ11’s, looked in the HomeDepot app and found which aisle and bay it was in. Was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Friendliest customer service as well.

Most HomeDepot stores I go in have isles so jammed packed with merchandise that it hard to maneuver those large carts around. This store seemed to have less merchandise around the checkout area. It made for a great shopping experience. I didn't have to dodge other shoppers around the main isles. Other stores that I have been in get so bad that I just say the heck with it and leave without buying anything. So I hope the other stores will correct this problem.

I have always found Home Depot the place to shop for home repair or new appliances. Staff is always friend and extremely helpful. So often you go into a store and the stall or clerks have and I don't attitude. This isn't the case with Home Depot. Keep up the good work guys, I'm a customer for life..Thank You
