Always able to find what I need and get help when needed..

Wonderful experience for my granddaughter and I. I also needed to pick up some stain/sealant for a project at home. The sales associate was helpful.

This store has plenty of clerks available to provide any help you need. Product seems to always be in stock that we need. They are quick and efficient in their jobs. The store is Clean and organized.

They saw me looking at stuff and several folks offered to help!

I go specifically to Home Depot for their paper towels of all things. HDX single roll. They are not mega rolls but are the best quality, durable and thick, as good as any big brand. And for .98 a roll. Try them.

We always buy our fencing at Home Depot.

The catastrophic compressor failure on my chest freezer forced me to make a hasty freezer purchase to prevent the loss of the entire contents of my freezer which would have been costly. The options for a new, in-stock freezer for immediate replacement are llimited at best and I found the best option for me at my local Home Depot in Lake Jackson TX. The Appliance Rep was very helpful in identifying the various freezers available with in-store inventory. He understood my financial limitations for this unplanned appliance replacement, handled my purchase expediently and assisted with loading my new freezer into my truck. He was very understanding of my dilemma, courteous and thanked me for choosing Home Depot to fulfill my needs. I headed home feeling good about my shopping experience and was thankful that there was something available to satisfy my immediate needs.

Billy in appliance sales (refrigerator) was excellent. Took his time, explained and overall the kind of person you want when you buy a expensive item.

Trying to find items reported online to be in inventory can be daunting. Often they don’t exist. Trying to get help from someone knowledgeable is a painful wait. When the “expert” shows up they then conclude the items aren’t in stock, in spite of what their system shows. This store is the most poorly managed HD store of any I have encountered, and nobody seems to care now. It used to be excellent, with helpful and caring employees. But not anymore. I am now trying to avoid this store and taking my money elsewhere.

I only use Home Depot paint because I want to do it right. The man in the paint department was very helpful finding the colors we wanted on the paint samples. We're excited to start the project tomorrow.

I needed a new dishwasher ASAP! Home Depot had what I wanted at a good price. The sales associate was able to get my purchase, delivery and installation set up quickly. Everything went as planned! No delays, no mixups. Everyone was very helpful and courteous. Great communication with all involved.

Cashiers are only interested in assisting callers or pro desk with multiple big ticket sales & those actually returning items. Self checkout said I couldn't checkout my few items there, pro desk refused me stating she had to help the pro people first, the only "one" return desk cashier placed her caller on hold to go search info for the caller & said she was busy & could'nt help me either. Finally, the self desk cashier could help after all.

Product I went to buy was listed as available at the store. Was not available and an employee said it may be on the next delivery.

I purchased a riding lawn mower. It took 20 minutes to complete the sale because the employee was working returns and sales desk.

The attitude of associates has greatly improved with new management. Increased moral is obvious. Enjoy shopping at this location again.

A young man named Kevin helped me put a ceiling fan in my basket and then find some other things in the store and then he asked if he could help me put it in the car and I said yes. He was so courteous and so professional and made shopping so much easier. So many times and a hardware store you don’t find anybody to help you, but Home Depot always has people available.

I do believe Home Depot made an effort to fill Hurricane needs, I wish the chainsaw chains ,parts, oil, etc., could be expanded, the small amount of inventory was depleted quickly. Great staff, friendly, and helpful.

During this time of struggle, with no power, no AC, no gas to even be able to cook meals for my four children. The Homedepot employees made me feel much better. I ended up buying a generator and spending my last on it, to being able to return it with a full refund to be able to go to a hotel and feed my kids until I did get power. I am for ever grateful!!!!

I’ve lived all over Texas, and travel all over the U.S. for work. This store here is the friendliest, well stocked, knowledgeable, and helpful Home Depot’s I have ever been to. The level of care here is above and beyond. I want whoever signs their paychecks here to double it. They deserve it. A simply thing like saying hello or howdy goes a long way. The employees that met me exhausted every resource they had to help. Not just look on their inventory tracker, shrug and walk off. This store is a hidden gem. Well done employees and management team.

I buy my plants and supplies at Home Depot, they have a good selection of native plants, plants are very healthy and also giving a 90 return policy with recipes

I bet I didn't have to wait 2 minutes for help. James and Mandy loaded over a ton of sacks of concrete onto my trailer. Perfectly centered on top of the axles of my trailer. Every single sack by hand. They never complained and were cheerful throughout. What a great experience

My husband and I had been at another home improvement store earlier in the day and this Home Depot definitely set the bar from the appearance, cleanliness and organization of the store to the 5 star employee service we received.

There was no customer service at the cash register by the service desk. The person working at the desk was rude and showed no professionalism. This store continues to provide subpar customer service.

I needed 33 boxes of tile. They had an entire pallet of the tile I needed, which insured matching lot numbers for the tile. Super important to be able to match like that
