I bought Vigoro weed and feed on 8/25/24. 4 days later, my lawn has burn spots all over. I am extremely unhappy with the recommendation by the Home Depot employee regarding this product

I recently purchased a BBQ with some extra accessories and paid with my HD credit card, once I got home I noticed that the cover for the BBQ was compatible ONLY with another model, I went back to the store customer service, and Kathy helped us to do the exchange, she understood exactly what we needed to do not to mess up the HD 12 month finance and we were able to exchange the product using other methods offered by the store. BIG Thank you to Kathy for looking out for the customer and making sure that we were able to solve the issue.

Great customer service, the employee who assisted me was very friendly and helped me load the bricks I purchased for the yard.

Lake Mary is not my local store but had to go there to resolve an online order cancellation/refund/store credit issue that could not be resolved online or on the phone. The best customer service agent at the Lake Mary store is Steven. He was so patient and helped me resolve an online order cancellation/store credit issue that no one else could and he wasn't my original contact at this store. He took over my problem from a colleague and handled it all the way to resolution.

Home Depot is really slacking on qualified help for the past few years and getting worse.

paint lady spends so much time chit chatting with one customer that a long line develop and just ignores everyone waiting more than 20 mins. cashiers never gives you the email option for receipt but instead impatiently selects paper only receipt for you without asking or waiting for you to select email receipt option. the option is there on screen for customer so why does the home depot cashier always select paper therefore taking away your email option. this happens often at this store. i lose paper so i want an email receipt. please allow this option for customers and not cashier.

I was shopping for a new microwave and online research showed this store could carry the make and model. These days the stores have less staff than the old days so you have to be patient to both find and wait for a person on the floor or at a sales desk to be available. Once that appliance person was available I was the model customer knowing what I wanted and just wanted buy so just a matter of seeing what is available and picking or in my case showing a printout from the website. About 20 minutes later the order was made , paid, and delivery scheduled. The guys that delivered were courteous and quick to mount it above my stove were the previous unit was that used the same mounting hardware so ideal customer for them too. Lol.

I arrived promptly at 6am. Doors did not open until 6:10. 10 minutes may not seem like a big deal to some but I own a business and that 10 minutes can be costly when I have a crew waiting for those materials. Unacceptable

Other HDs are a lot more customer friendly and willing to assist. I usually go out of my way and shop tat another store specifically on large purchases.

Chris in hardware helped me with a problem. He was very caring and knowledgeable.

I called within an hour of delivery because the water dispenser and icemaker in the door leaked. I asked for a replacement refrigerator. They said I would get a callback in 24 hours for a new delivery date for a replacement refrigerator. I did not receive a call. I called again and asked for a replacement. I was told my model was on backorder. I can't get a new refrigerator until January 11, 2025. This is unacceptable. I am not happy with this experience with Home Depoy and Samsung.

Joseph was particularly helpful in facilitating the return process and purchase of new brick edging. He patiently assisted not only me but others in the landscaping checkout line. Outstanding customer service and an excellent representative for Home Depot.

I go to this store a few times a week and every time I go is always organized and stocked up.

The delivery man was EXCELLENT. He texted when he was 15 minutes out. He went the extra mile and put our purchase where it was to go and took out old one out to the curb, all with a smile and great attitude. Amazing in this day and age.

John helped us tremendously on our purchase of a ceiling fan. He went above and beyond to assure our satisfaction. Andrea was also very helpful with checking out. Home Depot is my favorite store…keep up the good work! Thank you!!!

I purchased 2 Samsung refrigerator water filters and received a $10.00 credit thanks to Becky 's outstanding customer service! I purchased my Samsung refrigerator from Becky in December of 2023 and her suburb customer service and genuine pride in her job continues to shine through! Great seasonal discounts for seasonal products I need to update for our dog training club, like outdoor furniture seat cushions, garden hose, overhead fans and more for our moderate Florida winter weather.

Be careful when going early to the Garden Center since the checkout and gates aren't opened until 8am or whenever the cashier decides to show up.

We recently visited the Lake Mary, Home Depot, and were checked out by an employee named Tom who we’ve had a few times before he’s very friendly and courteous and extremely funny and we really enjoyed his helping us.

The flowers I went in for were reasonably priced and in great shape! Tom, the cashier, and the other staff members were very kind and acknowledged me throughout my early Sunday morning trip.

Mary and Mike in flooring are exceptional, they were friendly and very cordial while we were deciding which floor to buy.

Several people welcomed me as I walked through the store, asked if they could help me. John the check out cashier, was just great. Helped me open a credit account and saved $30. I just couldn't say enough great things about my experience. Wish more stores could take notes from their management and operations!

I had a great experience at Home Depot Lake Mary yesterday. My husband and I went in to buy 4x4 lumber and found the item without assistance (I give credit to the floor arrangement of the store). He asked me to find a smaller item in the Bathroom section and there I was blessed with a very helpful associate. I left him with a smile on my face thinking Wow, he was so personal and kind, no wonder my husband like to come here. Then we went to the cash register and got more great customer service from Hali. Hali was smiling from ear to ear and spoke to us with genuine kindness in her voice. Price was great because she helped applied a store coupon. Then as we wheeled our lumber outside and got close to our truck, the associate that was outside collecting the carts offered to help us load the lumber into the truck. Your team was on point today HD. Great job! We drive from Sanford to Lake Mary everytime we have a project and we will continue to do so as long as you're there. Thank you for making our trip pleasant.
