Pretty cool to go into a Home Depot. To be helped by a young person that is thorough and respectful. Every time I come here I find everything I need. The store employees name is Jason and I hope I run into more young people that are courteous and respectful throughout my day

Large parting lot is a convience for the shopper. The return section has 4 or 5 emploies to help facillitate timely service. Store merchandise presented in an orderly fashion. The customer will bring his return business because of all the thought and work bringing hardware items to its customers Good Job

The Window Treatment department in the Lake Park Home Depot has a wide variety of shades, blinds and roman curtains.

I've been shopping at this Home Depot since 1989 when I built a home in this area. Employees were always helpful and always well educated in the fields I needed help with

I bought a refrigerator and the salesperson was the most knowledgeable and helpful as anyone I’ve dealt with. The negative about Home Depot is that on a plus $2000 bill they gave a military discount of $1.73. It’s insulting to our service veterans.

I bought a fan and had to exchange it. The refund experience and help buying a new fan were great. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable.

I have made many purchases at many different Home Depot's and the people in the export department at Lake Park are the best I have ever worked with. I rarely if ever use the competition because I find that the service thst they deliver is underwhelming but in exporting items to the Bahamas the people at Lake Park are the best I have ever encountered!

Actually, you were lucky. I am handicapped and have a hard time walking far. I had a picture of the type of item I wanted. First I was directed to the far corner of the building department where two black male employees were chewing the fat. They could hardly turn around to eventually tell me “Over there”. After I asked him to please show me, he eventually took the trouble to, but could not find what I showed him on the picture. Then another guy said its “probably” in the Garden Department. There was no help there and I had to trek all the way to the cashier. She didn’t know either. Just as I was ready to leave in disgust I found one of your gentlemen helpers who really adopted my case, went to another employee in the area where he suspected it might be and found precisely what I wanted. First though he said it was $25 which made no sense but then he checked all the way on the floor and got somebody to scan the correct item and it was the Chrome Tie Out Stake for $4.95 ! I told the guy he was 10 stars and I’d wish all of them would be like him. I was so pleased that once I got home I ordered 4 more online.
