I order a Cabinet the 09/07/24 order arrived the 09/14/24 and I picked up t the store but the employee that give it to me notice that was something wrong with it because the box was broken and he decided to told me was everything good.When I open the box at home 1 of the drawer fells in parts and the back panel broke from the top to the bottom so I take some pictures, loading back to my truck and went back to the Store. When I get to the store they treat me like they don't care and I was trying to explain what happens and they just bring the money back to the card without hearing or asking. Than I ask what's going to happens now bc I should finish that kitchen and she just told me( well you need to ordered again and paid for it) just like that and now I need to wait to the 09/24/24 and I end up paying again the same amount when not of that was my fault, and I should it finish that kitchen by 09/12/24. This is understandable.

I purchased the Ridgid Planer and is very happy of the performance. This item will get the job done for any woodworking project.

Absolutely terrible at properly pricing products. Overtime has siphoned a large portion of your money when you’re not paying attention. Please, please, please watch your receipts because the prices rarely match what you see on the shelf at this location whether through neglect of misplacement of materials on shelf. Predatory and unethical location.

Ordered an item that was out of stock, never told this before I paid and associate placed my order!!! Waited two weeks, no item!! Cancelled my order!!! Not a satisfied customer!!!!

I ordered an item at front desk, paid for the item receipt stated it will be at this store next day. Called next day automated system stated that this item is not available! So why wasn’t I told prior to ordering and paying??? Not a happy customer

I use my Home Depot credit card for a purchase of $10,000. $10,000 which paid off before the billing cycle. It was taken their system four days and it was still not shown that I have a credit. Even though I have a receipt stating that I paid the $10,000 off before the billing cycle. With a confirmation Number. I don’t understand why their system is so slow.

Had an extremely frustrating time trying to buy roofing shingles. ($$$$) Availability is challenging enough- color choices minimal when you need to match color on different products eg field vs hip & ridge shingles. Then add a critical component required to be installed from that same manufacturer to qualify for the full warranty AND that component cannot be ordered! (Website shows it Out of Stock & no option to order (Delivery not activated). So had to call customer service, then go to the store, get redirected to the Probdesk from c/s to get it sorted out. A nice guy there found that component (started shingles) WERE in stock at the warehouse! So he just placed my order there & they were all delivered the following morning. So, if you get stuck or something seems wrong with the website (it does act weird at times too), just go directly to the store. Many of the employees are very nice & helpful! That or maybe try the app? If you want to “go there”…

I have always been well, pleased with everything that I have bought at this Home Depot, the quality has been exceptional, the sales people are very knowledgeable if you have questions about a product, the store is clean and well organized.

Sharon T From the customer service desk spent over an hour diligently trying to place a online order for me and get our military discount. It showed me how much your employees value their customers!

She made extra effort to find answers. She was honest and witty. A big thank you to her and her easy going and fun personality.

Was buying several items to redo bathroom and they were extremely helpful and I was able to get everything I needed from toilet, vanity and paint

I am in Home Depot probably 4 to 5 times a week/sometimes 2 to 3 times in a day either personal or work and every employee there has a great personality. My favorite store! Everything I am looking for if I can't find it, there is someone there to help

Maybe we just have good luck, but every time we have been to this store, people have been friendly and we have always found someone to help us.

All products are ridiculous expensive

Had a pleasant experience buying plumbing items b/c TIMMY assisted and put together the stuff I needed. Processing a return and getting directions for some products I needed was quick b/c of GUY at customer service check out.

I was delivered my stove,fridge and dishwasher on Tuesday. I paid to have them installed and old appliances taken away. As of today ( saturday) my dishwasher is in my living room (uninstalled) and my fridge does not have water or icemaker installed. My old dishwasher is still in my kitchen. I am livid!

Solomon in Windows, and Toni, and Patricia in Customer Service stand out head and shoulder above the rest. They need to be commended, and compensated.

I am handicapped “Frank” greeted me and took over. He found everything I wanted,loaded it in my cart ,took me through check out walked me to my car and loaded it for me.l was in the garden dept. The checkout lady cashier was super friendly and gracious. l wish l had gotten her name.You have 2 super employees.

My husband and I purchased a washing machine yesterday. Can't wait for it to be delivered excited for it to be delivered tomorrow. The lady employee was very sweet

I have to say that the customer service it’s very professional

A month ago I was window shopping for a washer and dryer. This location was on my list. The woman that was working appliance section was amazing answered all my questions and more helpful information. Now I was ready to make my purchase and never forgot her , told everyone about my experience there. My daughter brought me to another store in hopes to save me money, but I told my daughter the woman who works there verbally sold me. We went there bought my washer and dryer from the same woman. Very pleasant I repeated my experience with her a month ago, thank her.lol we will be making future purchases from this location my daughter loved it as well. Oh yes, almost forgot compared to the place my daughter brought me too I did end up saving a lot of money. Thank you Home Depot

I bought a chain saw online, and changed my mind on size. Went to the return desk, was greeted immediately, explained me decision. You employee refunded my monies, and actually called another associate to help me get the bigger size. This employee help me get what I wanted get what I wanted and brought the items to the cashier. A great example of customer service.

I just left the store and I’m so disappointed. I came in looking for an item. The first employee was not very friendly not very helpful. However, the second employee was very helpful very friendly and I think the most disappointing was the cashier. I wanted to ask her if she was having a bad day so early in the morning, she never smiled not one time never appeared to be helpful. Not a person I would want in my business to represent me. I go out of my way to be a good customer because I’ve worked in customer service before and then you understand why people are rude to you

Anita made my crazy day a better one! She saw me wondering and approached me with a smile and I was able to complete my list of things to do quickly she also helped me tremendously at the pro desk with my questions! She is a rock star ! Thank you!

I am pleased that Home Depot has the great product selection for my home project or home repairs that I shop there because you carry what I need.
