I bought a flush mount ceiling light on line, picked it up in one of the locked boxes, needed to buy lightbulbs for the ceiling light. Everything from start to finish was timely, nice quality , friendly service it was a great experience for me,

Did not want a huge lantern and easy to change the bulb. Found exactly what I was looking for.

Flooring Specialist Martha is the best! Great product knowledge, communication, and service! Martha has provided consistently excellent customer service for my home renovation project over the past 5 months. Martha’s professionalism, product knowledge, and pleasant demeanor have enabled me to select flooring in the absence of high pressure sales, secure in the knowledge that it will be properly cut and ready on time. Her communication is professional, accurate, and detailed. It has been a joy working with Martha. She is deserving of recognition and promotion.

This location is always well-stocked with products!! MilyAni went above and beyond with helping me purchase a large order of pumpkins that kids will decorate at an afterschool program Harvest Party! She was helpful with the order and pumpkin selection and has helped me with this process over the last three weeks. A staff even helped me load all the pumpkins in my vehicle and put the cart away for me before taking a lunch break! Exceptional customer service! I’ve only seen that type of customer service at small family-owned business and Stauffers and Oregon Dairy!

Went to buy driveway sealer that was on sale. But the sales associate and the store Manger could not find out which one was on sale. This after I showed them a copy of the dales circular,?? Wasted 20 minutes of my time and they both never came up with a answer,!!

I was returning to the store because I took out a new Home Depot Card and was given the wrong discount on an item over $300. Customer Service fixed it and I left the story happy that it was done very efficiently and no hassle.

My husband and I were in the market for a new dishwasher and Lane helped us pick one. We narrowed it down with the help of Lane our salesman. He was knowledgeable of the dishwashers and was helpful in us making a decision for which one would best suit our needs. We have not received it yet but the purchasing end was easy and good.

Knowledgeable staffers, such as a retired plumber and very experienced paint department employee who were abbe to give good advice. Got help lading the purchased items in my car as well.

We purchased a grill/smoker and we’re very pleased with the purchase as well as the customer service provided by Sr. who works in outdoor living!

The employees are both clueless and brainless. They don’t want to be there. They don’t want to help you. They just clock in and walk around like zombies. It’s embarrassing. And don’t even think about asking for help, they don’t know and don’t want to help you.

We had a lot of trouble with online ordering, but the person who ultimately helped us by phone was diligent at getting to the bottom of the problem and solving it with a successful order.

I came in for soil and a garden associate and a freight associate helped me. Garden associate answered questions and freight associate(Andy) loaded my car. Both were very helpful

I have made many purchases over the years at Home Depot, Lancaster PA store. The employees are friendly and helpful. Love the Return policy!

Ceiling Tile was ordered at the store arrival was January 22-25 to my home never got a notice that this order was processed. Bank account was pending till 3/3/25 then went away went to store to notify this had been dropped they are working on it with the vender waiting to hear

While the York, PA location is closer to our home, we travel the distance to shop at Lancaster, PA because their staff is always friendly and helpful!!

I was looking for replacement handles for my screen door. I mistakenly was in the "Hardware - Doors" aisle and couldn't find them. I asked a Sales Associate for assistance and he promptly walked me to the correct aisle, where I was able to find what I was looking for.

An employee had to go outback of the store to get me 8 bags of soil that wasn't on the shelves yet.

I shopped at Home Depot recently, purchasing a single item. Two days later I get an email for a survey. I never provided an email and never gave consent to be contacted. Home Depot used bots to track down my email and reach out to me in way I find intrusive and sketchy.. Definitely makes me NOT want to shop here ever again. And yes, I know most companies engage in predatory marketing practices that violate the privacy of their customers. That does not make it okay.
