I want to give a double thumbs up to Taneisha Jackson in the Flooring Department - She did a great job in helping us with our flooring needs. We could not have done it without her.

I have shopped a lot at Home Depot stores across the country, this home depot stands out as the worst I've ever been to. Three different times, this store has failed my expectations. 1. I had an online order placed for drywall panels, concrete boards, and tiles. Got the notification it was ready and arrived at the store to be told an employee saw my order sitting in an aisle and put everything back. Waited an hour and a half for my order. I then asked the associate if someone could help me load my items. She said, "we don't do that at this location." 2. Another online order, notified it was ready. Went to pickup, and half the order hadn't been picked at all. Another hour of waiting only to be told items weren't available. I had to go myself to get the missing items to complete the order. 3. After we finished our apartment reno, we were returning some baseboards and other small items from the second online order, we went to the return desk, where, Chloe, started our returns by forcefully throwing the items into a cart after scanning, was checking her phone while we were trying to figure out why the baseboards weren't scanning. She didn't try to help figure out the issue. She just said, "It ain't gonna scan." We asked for a manager to come down, She said she was the only one there. We asked again, and Chloe said, "I don't have to deal with this s**t." Called her manager, and when my girlfriend was asking her a question, Chloe held up her hand as a "talk to the hand" gesture and ignored us until the manager arrived. This store has demonstrated a shockingly low standard of customer service, inter-communication, and courteous interactions. A lot of the employees act like them helping you is a favor, even for basic things. All of this I've stated all happened in less than a week. I've wasted a lot of time at this store already , I'll spend my time driving to a store that represents the Home Depot brand better.

What a professional, extremely knowledgeable very patient. Works with a smile and explained what we need and what we did niot need. He is the only Mike that worjs in the store!

I hadn't been in the store for a while and I noticed that there had been some rearrangement to certain aisles. The new arrangement was a welcome change.😊

Front End/Cistomer Svc. Desk employees were engrossed in their cellphone use and socializing. Appeared irritated to be interrupted by customers inquiring about product locations. Gave inaccurate info. to customer and went right back to relaxing.

They never care about stores that are hood adjacent and it shows.

Found this store in lanham, MD. To be a good store fir DIYers and professionals , when it come to updating or repairing homes and commercial businesses. Good prices and very good materials in stock. Employee's are always helpful and knowledgeable.

Once we had a person to help us, it went great with the windows/doors rep'. But Our door that we order took forever because of not being prepared ahead of time.

Went in to shop new washing/dryer combo and was greeted and help offered. Person was an elder military Vet. I was so impresser with his kind help I was able to order what I wanted in 10 minutes and was on my way! Normally at both local big name home stores you could be laying in the isles bleeding and they would step right over you. This guy actually felt like earning money. What’s up with that?😬

The staff and service was unacceptable. Quoted one price but end up paying a much higher price in service and unknown fees.

My experiences are always good. Not everyone is excellant, nut you do have some excellent staff..

I’ve never been to the LANHAM Home Depot and I’ve never purchased anything from there, but they’ve allowed someone to use my account. It shows that Home Depot, including the LANHAM store, hire idiots as staff. Stay clear of these idiots!

Home Depot is an Home Improvement Store where you can purchase all materials needed to upgrade your Home. Most especially is a place for all your home Appliances, such as Refrigerator, Washer, Dryer or Ranges. Home Depot arrange for financing, Delivery, Installation and Haul away old Appliances.

I always find better inventory options at the Lanham store over Bowie. HD needs to open a location in Crofton, MD to curve the supply demand on the Bowie store from residents of Bowie, Arundel county and the lower end of Annapolis.

I buy lots of stuff here. Generally great experience. Nice people

I found everything i needed, but they need to do a better job of keeping the isles open and clear.

Home Depot has been my favorite store, and I get things I need at the right time.

This was the worst experience I’ve had at any of your Home Depot (HD) stores and I’ve had some interesting ones. The short of it was I got an email from HD and it read that “your order is ready for pickup” well when we got there the order had not been pulled and we had to wait for about 45 minutes, and this was “ready for pick up” your representative said that the order hadn’t been pulled and would or should have did a “ will call” for large items, maybe I missed it, but none of your instructions that I received read that way. It simply read, “ready for pick up” this process is terribly flawed and should be corrected even if it is just clarifying what “ready for pick up” means.

I bought my PAC and was a nice experience

I was assisted by Deloris, who was very pleasant and went out of her way to help me with my military discount.

Most of the time shopping at the Home Depot is perfect. I found the Lanham Home Depot will go out of their way to fix, repair, adjust, compensate the customer if something goes wrong! The employees here will go out of their way to assist you! Love Shopping at the Lanham store. Very friendly and nice staff.

This is my go to Home Depot

I usually shop at the Hyattsville store because I am used to that one, but the Lanham store is very nice!

Purchase some barrels for planting flowers .

Specifically the customer service of Yaneik at the Home Depot in Lanham on Martin Luther King. She was friendly and thorough!! she made sure i found what I needed and I left a very happy customer. There was an error on the Home Depot sign up code when I tried it myself. So she took the time to troubleshoot and consult with other employees to make sure I was able to get my HVAC serviced. She completely made my day. She deserves all the accolades and a raise!

The inventory was wrong upon arriving at the store. I took the closest refrigerator fitting the criteria my handicap brother required. All of the merchandise was damaged, except for one box, which I put on the cart myself. There were no associates available to help, except for the 5 that were near self checkout hanging out. No one offered to help with my purchase at any point. When I opened the package at home, I found a dent in the stainless steel. I called the store after the online chat customer service offered no options. The manager, Christina, told me to bring the merchandise for an exchange. I have no faith in finding a non damaged refrigerator in stock there. I don’t want to return this thing just to have to search for another. This is the typical customer service at this store, unfortunately.

I shop at this Home Depot frequently for all of my large and small projects.

I received exceptional customer care by Audrey at the Lanham store. She helped me find and locate a hard-to-find item. Her assistance helped me to complete my project. Also, Latoya at the same Home Depot further assisted me with exceptional care on a related matter. Having outstanding employees like Audrey and Latoya is a great reflection on the Lanham Home Depot and deserves recognition and consideration for promotion.
