When I went into the store I was already in a hurry so I was able to find an associate quickly they showed me exactly where the product was that I needed I found one other item that I needed went to the cashier which was friendly and run my purchases up quickly and then I was out the door I was able to finish my task at home with no problem

I was very happy with the service associate was great.

Needed a new dryer as soon as we got to the Appliance department someone came over to help us she showed us all the latest models. She took her time and was a great help. I'm 70 years old Its been a long time since we had that kind of service. Unusual these days to get someone who cares. Next time we need anything I know were we will head for. Makes you feel good to have someone who cares about you. The Sales person said she treats people like the way she likes to be treated and she sure did. Thanks Jim Newton.

It took over 10 minutes for an associate to come , as others passed by the work station.

When I visit The Home Depot, I like to browse and due to experienced friendly staff and a very organized store I usually end up taking my time and buying more than I came in for. It is always a very relaxing time. I would definitely recommend The Home Depot! Thank You

The products I had were easy to find. The service I received was great. There was a pile of concrete on the floor in the construction isle. The rest of the store was clean.

Employees at the customer service desk are extremely helpful. Couldn't find something and they didn't need to look it up, they knew exactly where they were.

I had a very positive experience working with Mike Kemper on a complete kitchen and bath renovation. He drew, and redrew designs for me, and could not have been more kind, pleasant and helpful every step of the way. It was an overwhelming project, and he made it manageable for me.

I live within a mile from the store and I love the convenience of just stopping by and picking up what I need. Everyone's always helpful and willing to help. Most of the time I ask about an item they can tell the aisle number and location in detail where it's located. I've had them personally walk me to the product and ask their peers for assistance in locating.

Store was well organized and the staff was helpful

The store associates were very helpful and were available to help me find the product I needed. The checkout person, Iesha, was a delight to meet, very friendly and polite.

I used the paint department and tool rental areas. The associates were very informative and helpful. They gave me a friendly greeting and helped me out wonderfully. The checkout lady in the garden center seemed less than thrilled to be there.

PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE WAS GREAT ,STORE ASSOCIATE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE WITH THE PLUMBING PRODUCTS.

HE EVEN TOOK OUT HIS CELL PHONE TO LOOK UP SOMETHING IN THE STORE FOR ME!!!! WHO DOES THAT????? TIM DOES...... VERY IMPRESSED WITH SERVICE!!!!! Quenten saved the day. He walked directly to the paint department and found me the item that a clerk swore they did not carry. Quenten rocks.

Associates were friendly, experienced and helpful. Especially in paint section. However there was one major item that was not available at the time I was there. (outside door)

The store was cluttered in areas and I had to redirect my tour of the store a couple of times around unstocked merchandise. Overall, I was able to get all I came to purchase and checkout was flawless.

the store was clean well stocked proper number of employees for a Monday morning. employees were friendly knew their products and were professional in every aspect of the department. proper customer training clearly evident with this crew and with the Behr vendor working in the aisle.

Virginia in flooring was fabulous. She was/is the best I've seen. Virginia knows her stuff and now I know what to expect from the contractor. She was knowledgeable and guided me to the best products on the market. She showed us products that the contractor was not familiar with but was delighted with the results. Keep Virginia she makes you look good and makes you (Home Depot) look better. For all of the years I have come to your store I have been impressed more lately than ever before. Whatever you are doing keep it up. I didn't read reviews because I trust Virginia.
