While the store is sufficiently stocked, the staff seem uneducated about the materials located in the sections in which they work. The most disturbing part is, the employees act like their doing you -the customer- a favor when asking for assistance.

Always get the help I need when starting a new project. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I enjoy the selections available in the garden department which is one of my favorite things. Very close a definite plus.

Paint associate Mark did not respect my time. He had me wait 20 minutes after he finished his conversation about school with a friend from outside of work. When he did finally get to me, I was treated rudely. He pointed and stared where he wanted me to go instead of using words.

No one answer the phone. I lifted my cane in a cart. Cannot get any confirmation that my cane was turned.

Carpet estimator is way out of spec. Asked for 22ft, got 20.5. actually needed 21ft. Now I have to buy a runner and piece things together.

I have been dealing with Home Depot for many years. The Lansdowne store is my first choice. Not only because it is close to home, but because I like dealing with the people who work there, and this store usually has what I need.

My experience at the LANSDOWNE STORE # 2579 was pleasant. The store associates were knowledgeable, concern and courteous. The store was clean and the products were accessible and easy to locate. Therefore, I shall return to purchase other materials for my house whenever I need to.

Always happy with the store employees. Generally they go above and beyond to help a customer find what they need and pretty much everyone is friendly. Store looks wonderful and well stocked. We bought our refrigerator and the salesperson was able to work with our timing. Had to wait a few minutes for help, but things are a little different at this time due to the health status of our nation, so understandable.

Associate Pricilla in Gardening made my day with her suggestions. Made my purchase a complete one, rather than having to come back. Thank you kind lady!
