When I got to home depot and notified them, I was there. They were outside in minutes with the item.I purchased. CHEY & KEVIN we're so nice and so courteous. Very friendly professional attitudes! Made my experience worth trying again!

I went to the Home Depot in Largo yesterday Wednesday the 23rd and there was a young man in the garden who knew just where the supplies was that I was looking for and took me right to it He was very helpful and after I checked out they had some one load my car.

Very few employees are able to assist you, if ane when you can even find one. I've been using this store since 2015 to remodel my 106 year old home. Outside of AL, I find very few know much of anything. ACE on West Bay has their act together.

Yes: We buy so much from HD since we’ve started remodeling as side item! Feeling safe in Parking lot is big deal- not necessarily true of All your HD.

bench up and home Depot for decades is where I buy all my home needs and supplies. !

Went to purchase hedge trimmer. Gal who greeted us showed differences in products and helped us make the right purchase for what we wanted to spend. Very convenient.

I always get great service at Home Depot. I never ever have to worry about any problems with returns, etc.

More cashiers plz. I don't care for self checkout

One thing I like about the Home Depot in Largo is that I cannot think of one time that I needed help that I was not able to get it in short time. I feel this HD is probably one of the friendliest ones in the area. Also, this is a big one, I have come in many times with a " How do I solve this " thing. I have always felt that I was important and whichever employee I had either knew immediately what I needed or they called someone who did. I cannot remember a single time I left HD without a solution. Also if I need to return something, which is rare, I always am in and out of the store in no time! I would give 6 stars if I could for this store.

i bought a traeger grill assembled and was missing parts when got home the lady in geills found everything and called me and i have everything now that is good service

Need a younger person in tool dept. Old man took his time shuffling his way down the aisle to help me I bought a Ryobi battery powered skill saw and it took me almost 45 minutes to get it

Everything we have bought in store or on line have been satisfactory. From outdoor plants, to construction materials, to furniture we have always gone to Home Depot first. If we can not find what we need, someone is always there to help. Thank You.

It’s rare that you go to a big box store and get the type of Customer Service that you get when you go to Home Depot in Largo the manager Adam is super helpful and really cares about the customer experience. He goes above and beyond thank you Home Depot in all the staff for being so Helpful and kind
