Love this store... usually i find items that i can not find in any other stores. sale and clearance prizes are very good sales.

The associates are knowledgeable and friendly. They know what's available in the store and what's not. Good service.

All associates very personable and professional. Dept. Associates actually knowledgeable, not like VA! Everyone works together .. if they don't know the answer, they find an associate with the knowledge to assist you. I live by a Lowe's, but grossss, I drive out of my way! To get to HOME DEPOT!

After a good bout of house cleaning, I needed shirt pocket mini Philips head and regular screw drivers, a lithium battery for my bathroom scale and four large S hooks to hang thing up out of the cats' reach. One quick Sunday morning trip and picked up everything with the help of an associated who rattled off the aisle numbers and battery stand location. Just what I needed when I needed it.

The people at the paint desk were helpful and assisted me in selecting the product I needed. Checkout was fast and friendly.

All of our home improvements have been kitchen & bath. The person helping is the best in handling this. Experience, knowledge & customer satisfaction is top notch.

Went for sink washer ask associate where they were located, got them paid at self checkout and went home in the raain.

My friend and I were shopping for many things. We spotted a sales associate nearby and were tremendously helped and inspired by his attention to detail in answering every question and locating every product we had on our shopping lists. Way to go!

I was helped by an OUTSTANDING sales rep name Jeff who works in the lumber department. He was highly professional and knowledgeable and he was VERY patient with me and all my questions. If I was a business owner, I would want all my employees to be like him.

I found the store to be it's usually cleanliness and as usually very friendly and helpful associates.

The store was clean, plenty of wiggle room to put stuff in carts, and all store associates were helpful.

The sales associates in the paint departure are very helpful when it came to my research about silicone caulk!

I LOVE this Home Depot! Everyone is so friendly and it is so easy to find what you need. We shopped recently over the Labor Day weekend. Wherever i shop whether for groceries or home improvement items, I always ask for a discount at the register because I am a thrifty kind of gal. I don’t usually get any kind of reaction from the cashier until TODAY! I was so happy the cashier went out of his way to inform me of several types of “additional” discounts that are available to Home Depot shoppers. My contractor who was there with me was also pleased to learn about the exciting additional offers. Bravo Home Depot for taking care of us! We are truly becoming more and more loyal to Home Depot!

I love home depot, very clean store and the employees are all very nice and helpful and there are plenty of assistants to help while shopping, all were extremely knowledgeable and glad to help

While at the Home Dept last night, I needed specific support (blinds needed to be cut) I could not find an associate to help but I did find an associate that did an extraordinary job in trying to find me someone that could help me. Then about 30 minutes later, I needed some items that were no longer on the shelf. And the same person helped me again. He tried very hard to find them in the store but then realized that they were still on the truck and were not unloaded yet. I don't have his name but this employee was helping other customers the same way. He was doing an excellent job and should serve Home Depot Well, as did the employees (2) that found and cut the blinds and the Customer service person (Kayla or Carla , something like that, sorry!) A very good team!

I needed a small role of masking tape. Easy parking, walked down to the paint aisle, turned left saw a box of large roles, turned to my right and asked the associate if their were smaller rolls. He walked me down the aisle and pointed out the section. Very nice guy. Picked up the size/price I needed, walked to the self check out, asked the attendant if my chip card would work, less than a minute to pay and then out the door - less than10 minutes all told.

My favorite store. Can either find or get whatever I am looking for.

I was looking for a specific "vent" for my heating/cooling system. The item I wanted was not in Home Depot's list. They had an alternate which I wasn't familiar with. I called the manufacturer before visiting the store and was told to go to the PRO desk. Upon arrival, I immediately had an associate help me. He did extensive searches and made several phone calls on my behalf to obtain the EXACT item I wanted. It took 15 to 20 minutes to ultimately get the information and place my order. I was told it would take 7 to 14 business days for my merchandise to arrive. We'll see what happens then.

The Las Cruces store is easy to find and a great place to shop.

The associate located in the electrical/lighting department was very helpful. After a simple explanation of the project I was attempting he very quickly assisted me in locating the required items to complete my task. Thanks.

This store has improved greatly over the last few years. Every time we are there, the people are friendly and helpful. For a while we would not even go in the store because the aisles were so cluttered you could not even get down them, and there was never an associate available to help you

WE ARE DOING A KITCHEN PROJECT AND AN EMPLOYEE NAMED RAUL HAS BEEN HELPFUL AND KNOWS HIS KITCHEN LAYOUTS. HE IS GOOD AND OPEN TO SUGGESTIONS TO MAKE OUR PROJECT THE BEST FOR WHAT SPACE WE HAD. HE IS VERY FRIENDLY WITH US WHEN WE MAKE CHANGES. I ALSO HAD TO RETURN A CABINET AND IT WAS HASSLE FREE.

We needed to replace a broken piece on an item previously purchased and purchase an item that seemed to be out of stock. Diane Sundermann was able to help us in both instanceses with creaative solutions. She was always considerate, respectful and friendly and obviously well informed. She turned what might have been a very frustrating experience into a positive one.

The associates were great! thank you Ruby, Larry, OJ, Matt, and mike! They weren't happy because they had to be, but because they wanted to be! All of these people are truly some of the nicest employees I've met before, If you guys see this, Thank you so much, I may of only bought a little product, but it's still nice to know that they are there to help you!

Home Depot has always been a favorite of mine. Associates are knowledgeable of the products and the location of each item.

The young lady in appliances was very knowledgeable about the products and answered all our questions. We ordered a washer and dryer and arranged for it to be delivered and installed. Thanks for the help.

It's was great but I wish there had been a larger selection of insecticides.
