I originally went to another store. The guy tried to sell me a misting system piece by piece. Except they were out of a very important part. I told the guy to forget it and left. On arriving at Home Depot I was immediately greeted, sent to the appropriate department to meet up with an employee that would help me. He immediately understood what I was looking for and took me to the packaged misting systems which contained all the pieces and parts I needed. There were a few other pieces I needed and he knew exactly what I wanted. Thank you Home Depot for hiring and educating your employers.

I found the store clean store help were around for any help needed i am familyer with the store layout so did not need help. homedepot is back again!

This store is very well stocked, plenty of good help, and someone always volunteering to help load product onto my truck, trailer. all carts are rolled in by at least 2 workers, and never in the way for parking. Appreciate that!

Josué the sales associate was very friendly, helpful, patient, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions. His customer skills are impeccable. I am very pleased with my recent experience and I bought the perfect freezer for my needs thanks to his help.

Employees gathered as i struggled to get sheetrock down from pile into my cart. I am 5'5 female. Not one asked me if i needed help. When i went to pay the cashier said " it really looked like u was struggling." I wanted to leave at thst point and go somewhere else, but i was in so much pain after the entire visit

When I approached the enterway to home and garden the cashier greeted me and was able to quickly complete my transaction. Within 5 minutes a young man appeared and loaded my truck. From. Start to finish it was less then 15 minutes! Amazing, thank you so much we will ALWAYS shop at this location.

Excellent customer service

I was greeted as soon as I walked in and was pleased with the store’s organized shelves. Check out was a breeze and my cashier even helped me carry my items to the register.

This is a good store. People are great! I do wish they would bring back the veterans discount though.

I moved to New Mexico in October. The timing was not great for finding a move in ready home. Las Cruces is the closest trade area for me to shop for major supplies. I made the drive one Saturday and visited the other big store. My experience was not positive. I drove over to Home Depot and had a great customer service experience, especially in the kitchen design department. Since then, I have been able to get help from Mr. Lee while two kitchens are in various stages of being remodeled. I am really impressed with the attention to detail and quick service.

The assistance in the store was very poor

Excellent store to make your most important purchases you may need. I have always enjoyed going into this store for all my projects. Employees are always very helpful and courteous.

This store has very kind people working in it. I used to go to Lowe’s home improvement before I moved to the area of Home Depot. At first I thought I wouldn’t like it but still went since it was closer to my house. Turns out Home Depot has better pricing then competitors and is just an all around better store. I’m very happy with the service I get at all the Home Depot’s I’ve been to.

I absolutely love getting plants from home Depot it's the first store I choose to go to when I have that thought of buying plants. This trip was very disappointing because I ran into an old " friend" from high school (which we graduated in 2011, nearly 10 years ago) and she still refuses to look at me, acknowledge me, or even help me at her new employment. 10 years later and she's still not mature enough to get over whatever happened between us in the past. She chooses to carry it with her to her new job. It's disappointing and unbelievable at the same time.

Even though it's a "big box" store the customer service is more like "ma and pop." I always get very knowledgeable help, if someone isn't sure about an answer they have someone who knows give them back up right away.

It took 20 minutes and 4 polite requests for assistance to get a blind cut. When it was cut they removed 2" from one end instead of 1" from each end and when questioned I was told it was cut correctly. I did not open the box and double check. My mistake. One which I will never make again because I am going elsewhere for home improvement needs.

I’m a frequent visitor to this store since my arrival in May, 2019. I have found it to be consistently well managed and organized. I’m usually able to find what I’m looking for and the staff is always friendly, if not always very knowledgeable about the products.

Employees reported a temperature of 102, but took a cold shower to test under 100 to be allowed to work
