Store Associates extremely helpful. Found what I needed immediately.

The garden department had great mid summer reduced prices on many items. Just what I needed to finish my planting.

The first associate we encountered was now from that department but immediately found someone to help us.

I needed one item and knew this was the place to go. The purchase was quick and easy. The associate that assisted me was quick and knowledgeable. The issue I have is with the representatives selling the Solar and Heating/Cooling Systems. The Solar rep has the same ....intro "have you heard the news". The gentleman (and I use the term in jest) was obnoxious, sarcastic and made comments under his breath. This detracts from the store and the shopping experience in general. If shoppers were smart when asked if they own a home you should say (NO) and then you would be left to go on your way, but homeowners are proud they do own a home. Stop with the insulting high pressure pitches. If a customer is interested they will inquire.

As previously commeted in the survey, a woman, who appeared to be the supervisor of the Gardening Department of the Latham, NY store was outstandingly helpful and knowlegeable. She went out of her way to assist me. She answered all my questions and printed out additional information from the computer for me. She has a pleasant, cheerful, well informed personality.

Truth be told, normally I have an awesome experience at this Home Depot and tend to look forward to my next visit. This was an unfortunate experience in which I was highly disappointed.

Nice store and great associates. I like the location, and the veteran discounts.

Alot of stores in Latham are going downhill and appear dirty, but this Home Depot is great and clean. I bring the dogs in with me, and the associates are extremely friendly, kind, and love to stop and say hello.

I needed to purchase appliance light bulbs, I walked into store went right to lighting department and no sooner had I arrived than a Home Depot associate walked by me with a large cart, stopped and asked if I needed assistance. That's good service! I also had to return product I had purchased and the associate at the returns department was also polite and professional. That's all I look for in a store, if people who work there are kind and willing to help a customer when they arrive and that's what I received today; good customer service.

Time is money and I value being able to get almost everything I need in one place and do it quickly.

Was on a mission for a "seat" not realizing the overall amount of available products I jumped one asile over into anotherand got fast knowledgeable service and the right product. Was out of the checkout and throufht the door in only a smal amount of time. Always a smuie on my face and always my first go to store.

I never have to wait in line when i visit the Latham NY Home Depot for paint products. There are always wnough associates available to help.

After years of being a loyal Lowes customer I switched to Home Depot because it is easier to get an Associate to help you when you need it. During my kitchen floor project Flooring Specialist Tony Kusaywa was extremely helpful. He made choosing and paying for my special order floor tiles a breeze. The tiles that I ordered were also $10 per box CHEAPER than Lowes, saving me quite a bit of money. I have found that generally Home Depot is less expensive. This is so important when you are the owner of a Victorian home that is over 100 years old. I am now a loyal Home Depot customer.
