We went in to HD to get tile for our kitchen and Geoff was very helpful, and knowledgeable about the products we needed.

I had a complicated return and Shadez helped me from start to finish. She did everything she could to make sure I was taken care. She deserves a 10 star review and a promotion. Home Depot needs more employees like her!

We had several staff help us during our visit to Home Depot, everyone was so nice and helpful. Natalie and Jordan in customer service were awesome… they were super friendly and we were thankful they were there to help us!

Our hot water heater went in the evening and the staff was amazing, intentive, pleased to help us, and we never felt rushed and it was late in the evening! The kindess from the employees made a crappy situation much better to deal with!

This store is so close to my home and although I went all over looking for the floor I wanted it wasn't until I got to Home Depot that I found it and I was so pleased Two weeks l was looking and to think it was just outside my doorstep all the time

This Home Depot in Latham NY has many advantages especially good quality products to choose from and arranged so easily located. Signage is well placed. The Home Depot has a convenient location and customer service next to none in the area. You will enjoy the friendly staff and management runs a well organized store. Sanitary wipes were made available to allow for cleaning of handles on carts which is a plus especially in the age of COVID. I always enjoy shopping for large purchases here or just quick items to complete a project. The Home Depot has it all in store or online and you will enjoy your experience shopping with The Latham, NY Home Depot and the very friendly and helpful employees

Young lady at the customer service desk was very sweet and helpful. I believe her name was Bridget. She did my return very quickly and was able to point me in the right direction for a power tool. Gentleman in the hardware section was very nice too, his name was Wayne. I hope my husband likes his gift for Father’s Day!

Jordan N is by far one of the nicest team members at this store. He was extremely helpful and helped me gather all my items from start to finish and helped me get it to my car. Above and beyond service!

I had a terrible experience buying paint. The employee who helped me clearly had no idea what she was doing. I gave her the room dimensions and all the info about the project, and she had no idea how to calculate how much paint I needed. She also kept telling me that leftover paint is not returnable, as if I didn’t already know that. She told me a quart would be enough, and it ran out halfway through my project. I had to delay my project to go back to the store and buy another quart - at that point I could have just bought a gallon for the same amount if money I spent, and had extra paint leftover for touch ups.

The staff are phenomenal. Special thanks to Ali for finding my lost purse in the parking lot and giving it to store manager. Thanks to cashier, Hassatou, for going out of her way to find the manager to return my purse. Very much appreciated. GABBY All helpful and pleasant.

good store but needs better customer communication with staff they have good stuff prices need to be a bit lower

Worst experience ever hire people waiting over a half hour to get assistance is ridiculous

Great, helpful staff, always there with a smile to help steer you into the right direction, helpful and not at all pushy, and enough folks around so you can find someone for help whenever you need it.

Front end cashiers and managers are not helpful at all. Had to go back and get bar codes for myself as they would not do anything to help. Waited 20 minutes! I’d probably still be there if I didn’t take my own initiative and do their job and help a customer out and get the bar codes that were needed to sell the product

Employees were all extremely welcoming and helpful! I was able to first have help returning items easily. I was approached by another worker to see if I needed help and was shown exactly where I could find what I was looking for!
