I AM. A SENIOR CITIZEN AND I'M THIS IS MY FIRST TIME USING FACEBOOK MARKET PLACE. MY GRANDSON HELPED ME TAKE THESE PHOTOGRAPHS. THE TOASTER WORKS FINE AND HAS GENTLE WEAR AND TEAR BUT IT IS GOOD CONDITION. PLEASE MESSAGE ME IF YOU HAVE PROBLEMS WITH IT. SHIPPJNG WILL COST

Being from the Lititz area and being used to very big stores, the size of this store is deceptive from its size compared to other Home Depots. I think what amazed me by this location upon parking was that there were many contractor trucks parked outside and the hustle and bustle of trollies going to and fro with materials. I thought I'd find out for myself! The lady that greeted me was really nice and friendly. she just stood there smiling while I warmed myself under the ceiling heaters. As I explored the isles, I found the specific flooring I'd been searching for along with other things I needed for my project. My checkout staff John was amazing and helped me put in my big order. So many options here - just what you need! I plan on putting more orders in in the coming weeks. Loved my overall experience!

Both employees were very helpful and answered all my questions concerning the new refrigerator I purchased.

I made several on-line purchases in the past few weeks. Each time I print my order, take it to the Customer Service desk and the great staff gets my trailer loaded in a matter of minutes. Keeping transaction quick is appreciated as it saves time and money. Good work Guys.

Customer service was the best . True service! Had stuff shipped from online and that was a disaster. The customer service girls took control fixed it and made it all happen!

5-gallon bucket with screw on lid adapter. Self-Checkout should be done away with accused of possible stealing when asked to open bucket after two attendants watched me checkout. Self-checkout should be done away with. If you trust your customers to check things out, then trust them to check everything out. MOST EMBRASSING MOMENT

I go frequently to Home Depot because am remodeling some room in home and I find everything that I need, the workers are always friendly, helpful and the store are very clean.

Employees at this store are always willing to answer any questions or help you in any way. I went in during the holidays and was able to buy not only a Refrigerator, but I got the matching stove, microwave and dishwasher because Home Depot Employee was able to tell me about in store rebate and Bundle deal that saved me a lot of money. My Holidays were great, my kitchen looks great, and because I used my Home Depot Credit Card no interest on my purchase for 18 months.

This store has a most helpful and friendly crew! Definitely will be back!

I visited Home Depot in order to purchase several small parts cases made by Dewalt. I looked around but could not locate them but one of the store employees was very helpful in finding them for me. I was very grateful. I will definitely visit this store again.

Had a good experience today, yesterday I forgot a bag of products Sitting at self check out and one of employees grabbed it for us and give it to Service desk. When I called the service desk today, they were honest and just asked me what was in the bag and I told them and it was my bag. Thank God, there’s still honest people in this world.

It's near where I live. Quick and easy to get there. Very knowledgable, friendly, polite workers. Always willing to find a solution to my problems. Always helpful. Always reliable.

Several recent visits to this location showed me how the staff seem to want to avoid assisting customers. Where two or more are gathered, there is chitchat. And no recognition that customers even exist. Service is lacking, and service is an important feature to this customer.

I am always greeted cordially by all the employees and they ask me if I neeed help wherever I am in the store.

Waited in line, there were 2 of us. Lady took care of 1st customer, then looked right at us, didn't say anything, and walked away and went on her personal phone. Had to grab an assistant manager to help. The lady said we should've said something to her. Told her it's not my job to summon her when we're waiting in line to be helped. And I did say "excuse me" twice.

I was able to take advantage of a special deal on a RYOBI ONE Whisper Series fan and an 18V Lithium Starter Kit. This product has exceeded my expectations. It truly lives up to its whisper discription while giving forth a comfortable breeze.

Michelle and paul were the only 2 and 1 other employee not sure is name were very hard workers and helped me everytime i went in with a lot of love. They get a 5 star and beyond. My project is almost done because of there explanation and help

I just recently did some shopping at Home Depot. The employees name is Gabriel. His service was outstanding.

The only thing unusual about this location is that is consistently great, nice, clean and orderly.

OK, except for delivery they sent the wrong tool not even close to what I bought !
