This is the best home improvement store in the area. Every employee I interacted with was kind, and employees said hello was I walked through the store. What really stands out is their paint department leader Dan. He went above and beyond to help my wife and I match a specific color we were hoping for, as well as give me advice for which paint to buy for baseboards. I will be shopping solely at this Home Depot for my home improvement goods.

Home Depot in Leesburg VA, is a great store and have great managment and employees that really do try to help customers.

I received superb assistance in purchase of a upright GE freezer. The sales representative took time to answer all questions and provide needed information to make timely decision during store visit that included warranty information. I was very impressed with the one stop shopping experience!

Not all employees are as friendly and helpful. Have had really fine experiences with employees that go out of their way to help me find what I am looking for. They would even walk me to the very place I needed to be. One time, the cashier was not up to snuff, making me feel rather uncomfortable. But this was only once in many, many visits over the years, to the store.

Dave (David) spent a lot of time with us for our window treatment order and never made us feel rushed.

Personnel and store was easy to get to and well stocked. The only problem was the traffic leaving the store on a Saturday afternoon. Hard to get to the main thouroufare.

I was desperately trying to bring some life to my no window office, but knew that without sunlight, that would be a challenge. Also, the fact that I am terrible with plants and have a track record for having them die on me certainly did not make me confident in making my choice. The young woman working the morning of April 13, 2021 near the front of the store at 7:30 AM was nice enough to ask what I was looking for, then help me with a choice of plants that would stay healthy in artificial lighting. Finally settled on the Golden Pothos. Very happy with the choice, and it looks instantly better in my office. I did not catch her name off her name tag, but she was very nice. The entire store was very clean, and orderly, and each associate I saw, while very busy, were smiling and accessible. Thanks for taking the time to assist me.

As soon as I get in and talk to a worker in this store, I felt like I will be taken good care of any time if I need. I see care, kindness and professionalism to their customers on their job. Hope every other Home depot employees can follow service provided at this location.

Unengaged and unhelpful staff. They are too busy talking to each other to even greet or help guests.

Nice associates friendly and helpful. Clean store and usually have a good selection of products. Amazing costumes service in tiles department and overall good costumes service.

Leesburg Home Depot is the place to go. Employees are always available to answer general questions and point you in the right direction with your project needs. Customer Service is also very attentive and helpful as we all know that there are special order needs or returns related to almost every home project! Staff is knowledgeable and have expertise in their work areas.

On 2-10-2021 I visited the Leesburg Home Depot to get 4 heavy duty shelving units. The store was neat and tidy, all of the staff members were engaged with customers, and Suraj (I had spoken with him on the phone to make sure the item I needed was there) helped me by locating the 4 shelving systems (200lbs each) and rang me up, AND helped me load them into my truck! Outstanding customer service! Thank you for all of your help (even though you were busy!) And I look forward to work with you all again soon!

I have been very happy with the customer service from some of the employees: The paint dept. and the door dept. have been very helpful with idea's. But Christine is AWESOME! she checks on my orders and if something is wrong she calls and helps to resolve the problem. She always ask if you need other items that should go with your order and explain why you may need them. She is always teaching one of the younger workers (students) how to do something or find items and she is also patient and you do not find that often. I do want to give this store a hands up for giving so many students a job and training them to be helpful. This is a great way for the students to learn, grow and understand customer service. This is a hard time in the community and we need to give our youth a chance.

Extremely helpful staff that know how to balance helping someone who looks confused, while not being pushy or forcing the latest deal down your throat. They are quick to help anyone and are knowledgeable about all parts of the store. Store is relatively clean, even near the saws where they cut my plywood. Their saws are attached to a vacuum that sucks up the dust it creates while cutting, making it an unexpectedly clean area.

The product they sale all defected

Super clean store that makes sure that even though we need to stay socially distant there is help available if you need it. I've never found this store lacking in anything I've needed to get the job done, large or small. The employees are always very helpful and friendly so managers must be doing something right.

Purchased my first fake Christmas tree after 45 years of real ones. That being hard enough, store was out of my choices (Dec. 3). However great employees found out I could get $50 off a demo without box. Then Brenda was extremely helpful in showing me online nylon tree bags on wheels. She also had an employee dismantle the tree and load it in my car. And she personally checked me out. Thank you, Brenda and everyone else who showed me trees and made this experience easier.

I had a complicated return and threw a number of monkey wrenches into it but Leon, the manager, Khadija, the cashier and Jim the millworker were outstanding helping me problem solve and ultimately complete my return. I am really appreciative that despite the busy Black Friday sales and the busy curbside pickup, they stayed with me and helped me until we were able to complete the return.
