On Saturday 7 July I entered the store to purchase a couple of specific light bulbs for my god mother in Georgia. I was assisted by a manager named Mike I believe. He happened to be standing at the customer service desk and not only did he quickly help me locate the section of the store that had the bulbs. He reached out to the Home Depot store in Georgia to make sure they were in stock and informed me they would be ready for pick that day. I wasn't expecting things to go that smoothly but I was truly impressed.

I have been shopping in this store for many years and did always receive very good service and advise when needed.

This is the most organized Home Depot store I have experienced so far. The staff are very helpful. The only drawback is the store is too busy on the weekends.

I had to stand in a long line TWICE at customer service due to poor exchange procedures OR employee incompetence. ALWAYS get a refund, NEVER EXCHANGE.

I enjoy this Home Depot because the people are friendly and knowledgable about their products and where to find them. It's a big chain that still has a small town feel.

I am new to the area so have only been to this Home Depot twice but the help and friendliness of the employees was great both times. Unlike another competitor, they offer to help & then do so very cheerfully. They also had specific items I was looking for that other stores did not carry, the brands were EGO & Fiskars. I had been going to a newer competing store, but think I will go to this Home Depot from now on, though it is a bit further from our house.

Manuel is the best! Whatever products I need, or questions/obstacles I may encounter while in store, he is always available to assist and get me on my way with what I need. Great staff overall, very friendly individually and as a working group, super knowledgeable and helpful. Leesburg has the best equipped and run store of the many in my area.

The store employees were receptive to my questions about a riding mower and took the time to make sure I was selecting the right machine for me. RedBarn

I had a superior gentleman in customer service actually get out from behind the desk and help me load a giant market umbrella in my car! He was so kind, friendly, and very helpful! I truly appreciated it!

This is a well organized and managed store with great customer service. Friendly and helpful employees and the store maintains a level of skilled people to answer questions while assisting with the technical aspect of building and or repairing about everything.

They had everything I was looking for. And all of the employees were knowledgeable and helpful.

From Zak who went above and beyond to ensure we got all the items we needed, to Nadia who helped us at check out, to the young man who helped us load our items into our vehicle (I'm sorry I didn't get his name) it was the best experience I have had at any home improvement store. We currently live closer to a different Home Depot and we are about to move so this location will now be the closest and we couldn't be happier with the switch as in 12+ years of living near the other location we never received the level of service we did at the Leesburg location! We are bummed that we will have to order some items at Home Depot.com as they don't carry them in the store, because we would much rather make all our purchases at this location!

I am a frequent visitor to this store but I enjoy the friendly faces and knowledgeable staff in each area. Feels like a small town local shop who understands your plans.

Depending on what you are looking for and what department, the sales staff can be great or not. A guy named Albert is THE BEST! He knows just about everything and will often take you to what you are looking for. Very knowledgable. Love that guy. Other folks are cranky. Cashiers are usually quite pleasant.

Made my purchase on 2/10/18 and had to come back to the store on 2/12/18 because I thought I had purchased the wrong item. At the returns desk, the young man called Joy who was near the lock&key department for assistance. When I arrived at that section, Joy was there and greeted me. She was also assisting another customer. Joy absolutely went out of her way to make sure that I not only understood the issue with the product I purchased, but with the kind assistance of both Scott and Brian, I was shown the proper way the item purchased was supposed to work. I haven't seen this type of customer service at this particular store since it opened MANY years ago. Thank you Joy, Scott and Brian.

Great selection of EVERYTHING YOU NEED STAFF IS SO HELPFUL EVERYTIME

Home Depot consistently provides consumers with access to quality materials for home maintenance and improvement. Additionally they provide many opportunities for additional savings on these products.

Great store with friendly and helpful staff. One gentleman in particular (Lemont) had the unfortunate luck of having to help me as I tried to itemize lumber quantities to build a workbench. Not only was he professional and polite but every cut he made on the lumber I purchased was spot on! Wish I could attach a photo of the workbench; they saved me so much time!

The employees at this Home Depot are just the best from the paint department to returns and cashiers so helpful and friendly.
