I needed Drano kitchen granules, which had worked very well when I had standing water in my sink. Instead, I bought crystal lye drain opener, and it was bad. I’m not sure if the Drano kitchen granules has lye in it, but my sink definitely did not like the crystal lye cack. So I bought a double pack of Drano Max gel and that cleared out my drain beautifully.

Indoors or outdoors this store has a multitude of plants! I found these three beauties after looking at quite a few.

I bought a bug killer for my avocado tree which was sapose to be for flowers and shrubs. The lady told me to buy it and the spray killed my avocado tree. I have my pictures on Yelp. I think the company owes me a tree

I came to Home Depot looking for Poly foam caulk Saver I had asked 2 employees if they can help me find this items, the first employee referred me to another employee that employee referred me to aisle 24 I looked at aisle 24 did not see the item I was gonna give up until I asked one more employee as I was walking out, employees name Rose or Rosie she was cheerful and helpful and knew exactly where to go to get it. She asked me if I needed help, then proceeded to help me get the door threshold and door sweeper oh and new mailbox numbers.

Safe location. Superior service. Bilingual and well trained, crossing over to hand off customers to the correct department to help.

I purchased all the supplies to have my roof re done and the product never arrived because HD never sent order to the supplier creating a mess on my schedule and forced me to rush to find another supplier that had the supplies delivered the next day. Before the rain. Manager at the store told me that was nothing they can do .

Sat outside for and hour waiting for my curbside pickup order (one item by the way ) then when I went inside no one helped , then when someone did they said they had forgot…

I am waiting on someone to be hit by a car at Home Depot because they've gotten rid of all of the pedestrian walkway by putting merch there instead. This forces all people entering and leaving the store to walk in front of people entering the parking lot. The extra merch islands between the aisles is a ADA and customer movement nightmare. I spend half my trip dodging other customers and negotiating tight spaces in a hardware store I would expect from a Trader Joe's.

Last week my dryer went out, and I immediately went to the lemon Grove Home Depot for another one. Unfortunately, there were no dryers on the floor to look at, and the sales associate talked me into looking at them online and I decided I would go ahead and buy one. Big mistake for me because this one does not meet up to my expectations now that I have it. Lesson learned. Go to a store where you can try out the product.

Cindy from plumbing helped me find the correct items for my plumbing DIY. Her recommendation and expertise are what rookie handymen like me needs. She was pleasant and patient.

Finding an employee who can help you find an item to buy takes more time than driving to another store.

I had no problem finding what I needed. But store personnel was willing and able to Help if needed.

The employee asked I needed help and I said yes. He found the proper screws and washers fast for me and was very nice, seemed to enjoy his job.

ALL OF MY TOOLS WERE STOLEN OUT OF THE BACK OF MY TRUCK IN BROAD DAYLIGHT. I PARKED IN FRONT OF 2 SECURITY GAURDS(LITERALLY). I PARKED RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE ENTRANCE OF THE STORE.

Nothing is contactless in checking out. No disinfection of code scanning guns and forced to use credit card because Home Depot doesn’t want us to use contactless payment such as Apple Pay.

Paid for an order and delivery. Delivery day told undeliverable due to charged wrong price. Told price would be honored if I came to store and reordered. Then at store told not going to be honored price due to my zip code. Paid over triple the original transaction for the flooring. Aldo manager would not come to desk to honor my price. Heidi tried to help, but did not stick by what she told me over the phone. 2 stars because I never had a bad experience in 25 years, but stores should stick by what the register charged me for and or also what they tell you they will do for you.

Seedy area with lots of sketchy folks loitering in the parking lot. Scary, especially for females shopping alone.

A couple of my kitchen cabinet doors were misbehaving. One decided not to soft close any longer and another refused to close completely. I didn't really know much about european style hinges, but the young man in hardware helped me look at all similar hinges until we found what I needed. I'm very grateful for his help, he saved me so much time

We have been going to this store for years. We can usually find what we need and if we don't find it ourselves, the employees are so nice and when we ask they are more than ready to help us find what we need

Everytime I go there I find what I need. The prices are reasonable and the associates are friendly and knowledgeable. This is my 'go to' store

I can say that this is one of the better, more organized locations in SD county. I am glad that it is my most convenient location.
