I returned an Item and it went really well.

We were helped by Scot in the plumbing department and he stayed with us until we had everything we needed for our emergency water leak under our house!

I can get in and out of his Home Depot faster than any other Home Depot in all San Diego County.

Unfortunately one employee with bad attitude can ruin it for the rest. Marilyn a cashier is so rude and her attitude is even worst. I shop at this store at least 20 times per month never encounter a much rude employee but today was that day any other time all employees are friendly and must important their attitude is very positive for us shoppers in desperate need of help.

If you are looking for custom window coverings, go to the Lemon Grove Home Depot and ask for Jennifer Gregory. She was very, very helpful to us!

Jennifer in BLINDS is the bomb. Super helpful, very knowledgeable and a great demeanor and attitude.

My review will be from in to out the Store. 1...First I don't think is cool that HD has all the rental vehicles taking pro membership spot that only make it that much harder for a company like mine that shops at HD almost everyday and I have to park far away and haul cart full of materials. 2...most of the personal don't have knowledge of what HD is or they just don't know where stuff is at and some of there customer service is super bad...doors and windows //Krystal and Kenya are super good. Paint //Maria is the one that I always go to she is super. Cashiers// I try to always use Marci by the rental corner she is always smiling and gives me super customers service. I've had super bad customer service and for the money I spend every year I don't see someone trying their best to make it right or some kind of discount or something. I know workers can help out with a discount of some kind I just have never seen one trying to make me feel some what better by saying sorry of any kind here a small something I can do for you.. I drive a 6.4 li work truck and gas isn't cheap so for a HD worker to tell me to go to another store to pick up product that they tell me it's available and when I get there it's not I get upset for time and money wasted on my part. I will still shop at HD but it would be nice for things to get a little nicer.

your store needs more employee to be able to answer questions we customers might have. they need to be more familiar with location of products.

High level store managers need to seriously consider what they are doing. It’s obvious that they are oblivious to the needs of their customers and their employees. I unintentionally spent 3hrs at that store to pick up 6 items on my list. I couldn’t find staff when I was looking for my items in the place they should be. I couldn’t maneuver through the store because of boxes and carts that were stuck in the middle of the isles to be stocked. That’s how many staff they had not working. When I did manage to chase someone down the poor person had to leave their department to help me out and of course didn’t know the department I needed help in as well as their own but managed to muddle together with me to figure it out. I feel very sorry for those people. I left so frustrated I decided I would never shop there again. A serious review of top level managerial staff is required!

I visit this Home Depot location a lot, but today the service was extra great so I'm writing a review. Both of the associates who helped me were super nice and made it a great shopping trip so that I left the store happy. Thanks, Devon and Traci!

I have made numerous purchases at the Lemon Grove store and never experienced what I did today. I purchased 2 identical cedar boards that had two DIFFERENT prices posted on the shelf. Same SKU and barcode numbers. One was $21.14 the other was $17.62. I took PHOTOS of both to show the cashier and he had me wait while he walked to the lumber isle. After waiting almost 10 minutes, he returned to tell me that lumber failed to remove the lower price on the shelf and I had to pay the higher price that was scanned. I'm honestly not sure if I was more upset that I had to pay the higher price "just because somebody didn't do their job" or that my time was wasted. The lady assisting at the self check out said she would adjust the price but I made the mistake of telling her the cashier went to check on the isle. I regretfully paid and left because I need the boards, otherwise I would have gone to a different store out of principal.

Always enjoy my visits and purchases at any homedepot stores very reasonable prices.

Interacting with a cashier named "Rainy." She was very cheerful with a great attitude! Made my day at Home Depot a more pleasurable experience. It's employees like Rainy that make return trips to this store more possible!

your associate ADALBERTO INZUNZA "BETO", we were there one day looking for tiles waiting for someone to help us. Beto came and asked us if we needed help and helped us with all all our questions and needs. we were surprised that someone so young was so knowledgeable. we went back 2 weeks later to purchase other items and what a surprise that BETO remembered us and came to our aid. we noticed that his is also very helpful to other customers. we've been customers of home depot for many years and never has there been an employee with that kind of service. out of 5 stars we give BETO 5 1/2 stars. and you should to. my wife said if she still had her business she would steal BETO from you. sincerely JOHN F

Recommend to all for Building, Gardening, Crafts and emergency repairs.

The parking lot is always crowded and parking is hard to find. Also getting assistance at times can be difficult. Otherwise the products are good, the store is well stocked and check out is usually fast and efficient.

YOUR CASHIER SHEILA WAS VERY RUDE WHEN I QUESTIONED HER ABOUT THE PRICE OF THE 2 SET OF GLOVES I BOUGHT. THEN I WAS THE ONE WHO HAD TO RUN TO THE AISLE TO VERIFY THE PRICE. THEN WHEN I REQEUSTED TO HAVE THE MANAGER MEET ME BACK AT THE REGISTER, BY THE TIME I GOT BACK I WAS COMPLEATLY OUT OF BREATH, AND MAD. THIS IS NOT MY JOB TO VERIFY PRICES IT IS THE STORES.

The store is clean all time and organized but the best thing is the people who work over there all time worry’s about your searching thank you so much.

Overall, Store #0659 was a great experience with friendly employees. There was one particular cashier named "Varuntipa" who was exceptional! She greeted me with a friendly smile and demeanor. She told me of the location of the items that I was looking for. Also advised me that I can get extra keys made in the store. I later checked out with her. She finished the transaction by saying that "if anything else I can help you Sir, please come back again I will help you here." Thank you for hiring such a quality employee to serve the community I live in!

Store keeps good helpful associates and usually willing to cross reference nearby store supplies or is good at restocking. Big fan of their discount lumber section as well!

Great Customer service!!!

I feel bad describing this woman when I myself am an old lady. But I did not get her name. Older lady with shoulder length gray hair and glasses in the paint department. I asked about something that would get paint out of carpet. Where most employees would just point or tell you the aisle number, she came out from behind the counter to walk me to the product and then read me the directions. It was exactly what I was looking for. Then she told me to have a nice evening. Now that's customer service!
