Good store and nice cashiers

My wife and I purchased a property in Pomeroy, Wa. and have been using Home Depot in Lewiston for some major remodeling of the existing property. The store and the Pro-desk have been outstanding to work with, and have been able to accomplish allot we never expected, with respect to special orders for roofing and some odd material. Since I'm a retired Vet the Military discount at the store is a life saver with the increase in lumber prices. So I recommed the team at Lewiston Home Depot for the best service and the best products you will find anywhere.

Shari in the blinds department, you’re the reason for this review, I will never again go to this store to shop again, you are rude and probably a miserable person in general.

There was not an open check stand, everyone had too use the self checkout, to long of a line and I am not an employee. Open the check stands!

The Lewiston Store is a great place to get all your building needs addressed and supplied. I recommend the Pro-Desk as a good place to start and Joe who is an outstanding project/supply manager. Also there is a great loading area and the construction team goes out of its way to help load and direct customers to key products.

Purchase of our new appliances was seamless and professional. Delivery crew members were efficient and courteous.

I just bought my caravan utility trailer on 5-29-21 and I have seen the same trailer for a 1000.00 dollars more before taxes and ad ons, .couldn't be happier about the pricing and 24 month 0 finance charge

I travel 50 miles to patronize the Lewiston, Idaho Home Depot store.

There are big signs at the entrance that state all shoppers must wear a mask while shopping. Yet literally half the shoppers were not wearing masks, did not appear to even have a mask with them, and were even directly working with associates, without any regard to the posted requirement. It is a farce to have such prominent signs giving a completely false sense of safety to any shoppers then having absolutely no regard for their wellbeing. The associates were at least masked, but everywhere I looked I saw unmasked people closely dealing with masked associates that made no attempts to even mention the mask requirement, much less try to enforce it. I will not frequent this store, especially in this state, until a much higher percentage of Idaho residents have been vaccinated.

Was extremely disappointed that the only checkout stands open at 8:11pm on April 21, 2021 were self checkouts, NO regular ones. I REFUSE to use those self checkouts as in my opinion they cost local jobs. If that's all that's open I will drop my stuff/leave in cart and leave without buying anything. The Garden Center lady (receipt says Ceanna) personally came up and checked me out since Garden Center had already closed the registers and locked the out going gates. She was one "super" employee..

Great service from the staff/team at this store, and love to see they are improving the daily inventory of materials now, since the slowdown over the last year.

My visit on April 1 of this year was the worst visit I’ve ever had to any Home Depot store. It was difficult to find sales people on the floor who would acknowledge me much less help me. As soon as they saw me coming they turned around and went the other way. This happened four or five times before I got so frustrated that I just left the store and got what I needed somewhere else. I did share this complaint with the customer service desk. That young woman was extremely helpful, very apologetic and explained that the Lewiston Store has a lot of new employees on the floor at this time. That well may be but there is absolutely no excuse for the borderline rudeness I encountered on this particular day.

Store is very well maintained. Associates are very helpful and friendly. Juan, in particular, went above and beyond in helping me find and order some appliances that I needed that were not in stock. Overall, a really great experience. Will be returning to this store in the future and will be recommending friends and family to come to this Home Depot specifically.

I had been shopping for a slide-in range, washer & dryer for 2-3 weeks. I went to all of the appliance stores in the area and looked extensively online. When I finally decided what to purchase, Juan Villegas, an Appliance Specialist at the Lewiston Home Depot helped me. He was calm, knowledgeable and assisted me to confidently purchase all of my appliances. Prior to his assistance....the experience was frustrating, inconclusive, and confusing. I am grateful for his recommendations and help.

This store is a good place to shop. The shelves well stocked and easy to find things. The employees are always nice and polite.

Both the stove and the dishwasher that I wanted was "OUT OF STOCK" I had to chose an alternate item, the dishwasher was a bit more than the original one I had selected. I was disappointed that the stove I wanted would not be brought back in, it had a convection/self cleaning oven, so I settled for a stove with just the self cleaning oven.

I'm very disappointed by the Home Depot corporation. I don't know if Home depot is doing the price gouging or if it's the suppliers. An example is one sheet of 4' x 8' 1/2 inch OSB was selling for around $8 last year and now costs over $30. There are many more items that have been priced way higher then before the Covid crisis. If Home Depot is not doing the marketeering I hope they report the excessive prices to someone who can investigate it. I trust HD I hope they do the right thing.

I've been going to this home depot for years buying tools and accessories for my concrete, epoxy, and landscaping jobs and the employees have helped me give me ideas to complete tasks and what make have worked better than what i was trying. 10/10 would visit again

This is "The Best" home improvement/hardware store in the Lewiston/Clarkston valley, or even on the Palouse prairie. I drive 45 miles from my home to patronize it. I have been treated well there and gotten great products and bargains. Thank you for being there for us.

Good luck finding associates to help you! I suspect they play hide and seek! And do NOT purchase cabinets from them! Unless you are into a “pre-broken” motif for your kitchen. . .

Purchased a washer and dryer and was told it would be shipped to our address from the vendor. It is the day the invoice says that it will be here at OUR address (also the shipping address on the invoice) and was told that it has been delayed and that they don’t ship to my address. They said the invoice is wrong and there is nothing they can do. Meanwhile I have no washer and dryer to do clothes in and have no clue when we will have the washer and dryer we paid for...

Employees were not helpful except the cashier. Mixed up cash register set up made hard to check out.
