Julie in home design, Anna in customer service, Tanea L. in paint and Mike in management always give extraordinary service and advice. Of the ten plus Home Depots we have shopped; Lewiston is the best, and all much better than the other guys.

They are a great bunch of people. I go there often and feel at home, but occasionally I will dive into a project haphazardly. No problem, I have come to the right place, a few of the people will point me in the right direction. Really fun, enjoyable area. The store is always clean, and they keep inventory up to date! They are so friendly and considerate.

Eric was extremely helpful and made our shopping experience a pleasant one. We are getting ready to move to Lewiston and were in a tough spot. Eric went above and beyond to make this happen for us; one less thing we have to worry about during moving. Thank you!

This is one of my favorite stores. I have purchased loads of things for my home from knotty alder doors to windows.Paint supplies and plants. It's really fun to shop there. Usually the staff are so helpful.

Home Depot in Lewiston is always great, but my most recent visit was absolutely outstanding due to the amazing customer service provide by Nick, the young man working the customer service desk. He skills to manage phone that would not stop ringing and the customers at the counter was amazing to watch and experience. Thank you Nick for taking care of my needs and obviously enjoying your job! You made this trip one to remember :)

Donna at the Pro Desk is the best associate you will ever meet. She is the ultimate example of customer service. I never leave the store empty handed when she helps me. Absolutely the friendliest, and best associate at our local Home Depot!

The only problem I ever have with this store is I can never find anyone to help me in the tool department.

The regular employees here are helpful, courteous and friendly. Wish I could say the same for the management. We were short 20 pickets on a fence-build project and the price had gone up 40 cents a picket since the purchase five days previously. I asked if it were possible to have the previous price (no big deal either way, just figured it couldn't hurt to ask). The manager, Dave, told the cashier no, and if the customer (me--standing right there and he wouldn't even look at or talk to me) didn't like it they could shop elsewhere. The cashier apologized over and over and said to not take it personal as he was young, arrogant and rude to everyone.

I can always count on getting the help when shopping for products. It is very helpful. It is also a big place and getting help to locate items is nice.

I was looking for "future" wishes throughout the store and taking a pix of model numbers to research at home and 2 different employees stopped to ask me if I had any questions. They were very polite.

Mike at Customer Service was extremely competent and helpful. All the employees at this store must LOVE their job! Glad to see people are willing to work and treat their customers with respect!

I dont like how the employees are rude and try to make me use self check out, then give me crap about not wanting to use self check out.

I had a return of 4 items purchased with 2 different cards. Michael, the cashier that helped me was awesome! He was polite throughout the whole process, and answered all of my questions easily. He had a great sense of humor and seems to enjoy what he is doing! Employees like Michael are an asset to any business!!!!!

We love this store! The staff is friendly, helpful and know the products in their department. If you ask a question they can't answer they find someone who can. The store is usually clean and products are easy to locate. Thank you!

I always have a good time at this Lewiston Home Depot. If I cannot find that certain thing of a jig, there is always a friendly knowledgeable associate to help me find it. We have to drive 80 miles,so sometimes I look up their website to see if that item is available and where to find it. There are times when I have items shipped to the store for pick up. I love to browse the displays for ideas and prices for future home/yard projects. Some day I hope to take advantage of their how to classes.

This is a good place to find things that U need, and if U cant find it they will show U where it is. They are very helpfull and they know everything.. My last visit I needed a window roller for a 1925 Studebaker car and they had many in the size I wanted, and offered to cut them to fit. Great bunch of people. Jim They seem to want more letters and numbers in my nic name, That is all I have.

The Lewiston Home Depot is very well stocked, super clean and easy to find what you are looking for. The associates are friendly and most helpful.
