Purchase a GC and within 30 minutes all funds had been removed. Now I have to wait up to 90 days to see if I get my money back? This is just insane. I understand fraud, but this sure does punish the honest customer.

I had a large order of lumber for a project that would have taken several trips with my pickup, so I ordered it online and requested a delivery. The order arrived on time and was perfectly packaged. They had everything that I ordered and in the correct quantity. I will order online home delivery again. Great job!!

Poorly trained employees with no regard for customer service. If an individual who shops here expects no service, no employee expertise, and all-around bad attitudes that individual will not be disappointed..

I shop at this store almost weekly and have a great time just walking around. The people are great and always ready to help with questions or a clarification on an item.

What i like about home Depot is the help and service you get at the counter. If you have questions about a product, just go to the front desk, and they will gladly help you to answer all your questions.

Needed a stove very quickly due to mine went out and had company coming over for dinner. Wesley Edwards and Rick Cooper saved the day for helping me get a stove that I really needed.

Took 45 min to get help even though we requested help in flooring 5 times. The flooring person never came. Justin was great and stepped in to help the best he could. I wanna know what the other employees are getting paid to do? Walk around and act dumb and not help customers or do their job?

I went in to buy a 5 cubic ft freezer. Very very nice gentlemen helped me get it in my cart. Got my granddaughters water. Just above and beyond Customer Service

Rented a log splitter today - busy Saturday - and it was refreshing to do business with folks who do the job right. Check in and out was seemless, equipment was in perfect condition and the price was right. Hard working group at this Lewisville HD equipment rental. Won’t hesitate to do business here again and will highly recommend to others.

I needed help late one evening at the Lewisville Home Depot. I couldn't locate an associate in the plumbing department where I needed help, but found Calvin working in a different department, as plumbing was not his department. He proceeded to stop what he was doing and assist me for the next 15 to 20 minutes. He found the exact part that I needed (and I honestly didn't think such a part was available). Calvin's assistance went above and beyond what is typically found in retail stores today. Super job, Calvin , and thanks again!

Always have the materials on stock

Department Customer Service people are always helpful and knowledgeable. Items I want are always in stock. Checkout is smooth and easy.

Recvd an item as a gift. When I brought it in to return it and consider shopping for something else, the clerk would only offer half the original price. She didn't explain that was policy and I only discovered the issue after speaking with the original purchaser, gift giver.

I had purchased two lights for the vanity and my contractor was installing them when he noticed there was a part missing. So I needed to get it replaced fast. I found the item at the Lewisville store, called and confirmed it was in stock and then headed that way to get it. While I was there I also returned 4 other items that didn't work due to a size issue. Shay in Returns welcomed me in and helped with my return. She was so kind and got my return completed and located where a replacement light could be found. I was in and out quickly and felt like my business was valued. I was also thanked when I did a self checked out and wished "Have a nice day". From beginning to walking out the door it was a great experience.

I came to this Home Depot in search of a cable locking system for my new car hauler Trailer. Their employees greeted me and assisted in helping me find the items I was looking for. And checkout was friendly and Thankful for my business!!!
