I visit this store every day and it gets worse every time, the lazy workers never help, only the cashiers help and as always, either they don't have the product or it's on the carts that always keep them busy, the problem of that store is the administrati

            Flooring Department Project
Found an exact flooring match for my hardwood and decided to use Home Depot to do the project. Measurements were done, estimate provided. BUT the order had to be changed in the store because the transitions were not available. I had to pick the transition molding before the order could be finalized. Went to the store and picked it out. Told Tyler at the store but he was too new and didn’t know how to do it and told me to call the 800 number in my order. The next day, following his advice, I called the 800 number. But they told me to go into the store and have them rebuild the quote and include the transitions. So, I called the store and talked to Jamal who couldn’t hell me either and wasn’t very focused on my issues and was apparently being pulled by another customer that needed help and paid no attention to our conversation so I asked to be transferred to the store manager. Spoke to an assistant manager who told me she would personally see this through. Tonight, I called the store and spoke to Tristan who was very kind and helpful and tried to enter my credit card info and it was declined twice because the debit card had a max daily limit. I drove in to the store to use my credit card. By the time we got to the flooring purchase the product was now out of stock and not likely available dor 6 months. I’ve been working on this since last week. In one week it had been crazy dealing with the flooring folks. Deborah Gibson is the lead or manager of that flooring department. I never heard from her and like I said, I had to call them all the time. Clearly they don’t want the business. I’m just crushed that I have to start over to find another flooring solution. Be super careful if you use these folks. Enter at your own risk! They are not going to help you. You have to push your order and bug them. Good luck. I will never go back to Home Depot. Reputational risk and customer experience is an issue for all businesses. Home Depot management and staff seem to not care. I never write reviews because I hate reading negative one. Well, here I am. Good luck to you!

              Self checkout needs relabled
Why have a dozen registers available but block off and close all but 3 and make workers stand there to scan your stuff at the “self checkout” registers. This creates lines waiting to check out. Getting rid of all the cashier aisles then having them stand in front of the self checkout stations is about as smart and customer friendly as locking up some of the 10$ cheaper stuff so people have to wait to find somebody to unlock the stuff then walk with you down to check out because the franchise cant afford the loss if it was stolen.
