STORE WAS USUAL HOME DEPOT GREAT STNDARDS.....BUT THE ASOCIATE I HAD HAS NO PLACE IN THE PUBLICS RETAIL SHOPPING EXPERIENCE

My shopping experiences at Home Depot have always been a delight. I can always find the products I am needing at reasonable pricing to fit my budget. The store in Lexington is clean and the lighting is bright. The associates are friendly and ready to help you locate the things you are interested in. I use my homedepot charge card when I need to make a large purchase. Helps me everytime!

Store associate working the floor seemed bothered that we would ask for assistance. Not sure if he was having a bad day or if that is his personality. This is not the normal for the store, I have shopped there every since it has been open.

Ashley LeBourveau was a great help to us during our visit. We had trouble with another associate and she made sure that everything was corrected and that our purchase went smoothly. If not for her, we would have gone to another retailer or location for our appliances.

I had been looking for a 12 inch wide coated wire shelf unit for my pantry door that was the length of my door. I was able to find exactly what I was looking for at this location after having no luck elsewhere.

First on-line pick up at the store order and it was a good experience. Caught an item on sale on-line, paid for it on-line and just stopped by and picked it up at the on-line pick up counter in a seamless transaction. Also got to look around for other items that I wanted to see.

The clerks were friendly and helpful. The associates that I interacted with were smiling and happy and shared that aura--thus when I left the store I was smiling and happy.

When in Home Depot recently, I found some lumber on sale that was just right for a project. While approaching the checkout, an associate saw my cart and asked if I'd be interested in more of what I'd already found. When I said "yes", he found two more boards and put them on my cart, then went and found the price for one that wasn't scanning right. This is what I consider "great service"... something I expect to find almost nowhere anymore... but something that occurs fairly often at Home Depot!

Had a great experience, always find things easily and most always in stock. I love the fact that there is self check out! My new go to store!

Went in and was quickly helped by a store associate, his assistance helped me found the right product. Would recommended this store to all that need to purchase items for your home.

Needed help with lumber since bundles were up high and strapped. Took a few minutes but an associate helped me select good 2x8s, load them on to the cart. He then proceeded to help me find oak closet poles which were located in some obscure corner of the store, and then other materials I needed for the project. He was my concierge all the way to the cashier - really cool, really helpful. Been shopping at Home Depots since the beginning - never experienced service at this level. Great job man!

We bought our home about eighteen months ago and it needed a lot of work. For the first few months, we were visiting this store multiple times during the week. The associates have always been extremely helpful and always provided us with excellent advice. We have another HD store in Lexington, but I keep coming back to this one because I know I can trust the people who work there to help me get my job done quickly and correctly.

Staff is very friendly and the store appearance is clean.

We always check on-line before our visit to see if our items are in stock. We are ALWAYS welcomed at the door and shown where are items can be found. Pray one day we will have a Home Depot in our town!

the store was clean very organized some of the associates were willing to help but overall I had a good experience.

I returned a product I wasn't able to use for what I needed it for. The sales associates were perfect. We laughed about what would happen if I did use this product. After I received my refund, a shopped for a garden hose. What a selection! I found the perfect one and I'm very happy with it. I also went to the garden Center and picked out several plants for my terrariums. Again, great selection!!

Found everything we needed. Great selection of produce.

A thank you to the whole staff in store from start to finish was so fast and pleasant ,it was unbelievable how fast from phone call ahead to make sure product was available in stock and the friendly thoughtful service I received while making purchase of my new riding lawn mower from start to finish 18 minutes and they had had to tear it out of crate and unpack and manually load on my truck ,I've been shopping at Home depot ever since they opened many years ago all over State of Kentucky and have yet to have what one would call a disappointment of unfriendly service and that's unheard of in this country today and to say would I drive 84 miles to shop at closest store to me now and as I moved 5 years ago after retiring from NKY where we had stores with in 6 miles of my then home pretty much speaks for its self ,quality products with great selection and some of the nicest folks you'll ever meet in the service department ,would be great if I had store closer to me but with new online apps for store its easy to get information you need and a big thank you to whom ever is screening people and hiring people with right attitude for the job so many are doing at top level .Thank you all.

During our visit at the Home Depot in Lex. Ky, the associates made us feel welcome and actually had eye contact . We were escorted to the product in question. They answered all questions in a courteous manner. We never felt that we were being hurried out. The store was extremely clean and spacious and well stocked. Rob W and Bryan H were the most helpful associates that we have ever encountered in our shopping experience. They made sure our items was secure in our truck. We will definitely return to this store.

The lady checking me out was incredibly nice and helpful and there were plenty of associates to help me.

I was assisted immediately (and in a no-nonsense professional manner) in purchasing a custom exterior door. Earlier in the day I had tried to make the same purchase at a competitor and was ignored by store employees while male customers were helped immediately. I BUY HOME IMPROVEMENT ITEMS! Thank you, Home Depot, for acknowledging my presence and assisting me in a non-condescending and factual manner. Much appreciated!
