The outdoor garden plants at the Liberty Lake Home Deport are fantastic right now! I was impressed that I was able to purchase a pot of leaf lettuce, both green and red, already 7-8 inches tall, for under $15 to start some container gardening.

if you start producing flyers in Spanish i will stop shopping at Home Depot. This is America. We speak English.

Mark was amazing when it came to my customer experience. He was absolutely the best, he was knowledgeable, professional, and was truly focused on helping me acquire the window I wanted over the phone. And he did it for the best price, while providing the Avista rebate form and guidance. Best experience ever!

They have a very good assortment of plumbing goods, always seem to be in stock. I’ve been shopping there for my remodels and I’m not dissatisfied. Friendly and courteous service as well.

I took some locks in to be rekeyed, as well as purchasing another deadbolt to be rekeyed, all for the same key. I found the Millwright Service very skillful, knowledgeable and courteous. Dan, Mark and Kayla (basically the whole dept I think) were very helpful and patiently answered all my questions. Thank you Home Depot for offering this service, I highly recommend it.

I ordered a freezer, two weeks to schedule delivery. On delivery day I waited for my 4 hour window, never showed, no notice until after missed delivery time.

People working there are not real nice....extremely high turn over of employees. Nobody knows anything about their department, except for the paint employees

Remodeling our kitchen had so many questions from painting our cabinets to uneven flooring how to us leveling agents etc., everyone we spoke with went out of there way to help us.

I worked for 47 plus years but never as a checker but now so many stores require me to be a checker, and I do not like it, in fact I have stopped going to a number of BIG BOX stores because of the self-checkout lanes.

I bought two nutcrackers for $99 apiece went to the other Home Depot on Sprague and they were $20 cheaper apiece

This location has a great store lay-out. The employees are helpful. The Pro desk is very knowledgeable and treats us like professionals, unlike the other locations who seem to be too busy to help. Everyone seems to be working hard and enjoying their jobs.

I thought that the whole item (parch people) would light up. Only a few very few lights on each one. Cannot see them at night. Also the cover for the battery pack is ridiculous. It has four tiny phillips screws that I had to buy a new screw driver for. If I'd have looked closer at the items I would NOT have purchased them.

All I can say was the staff in the appliances and the staff in the flooring department were so helpful and friendly.

I bout a washer and Dryer. The assistant was so good in helping me would do it again!!
