My Home Depot Therapeutic Shopping event today ended up with me buying three beautiful plants ( was only gonna buy one) always great finds at this Lakeview HD .!!!

I love shopping this Home Depot,it’s so spiritually theurepeutic for me ,especially when I’m feeling down. When Rodney is working I always leave happy,well advised with a beautiful plant and calming experience.I got this rare beauty today. The STaff there is excellent.!!!

I had several issues with my store in the 47715 ZIP Code and it sent me to a Chicago store to review. You really need to work on your system.

Ron was friendly and professional and knew his products. Put me at ease on measurements and other technical questions on the fridge I was interested in. Made shopping easy.

I tend to come to this location over the others for its proximity to me, and the store layout. But also every time I come in the staff is so friendly. Bonus points to them

Home Depot has saved me so much money by not accepting Apple Pay and removing shopping bags from this location. If I can’t carry it in my hands to my car, I don’t buy it. If I’m biking by and I forget my wallet, I’ll stop at the local hardware store instead.

I just left the Home Depot on Halstead and had a great experience. Unlike other hardware stores they have plenty of knowledgeable employees that actually want to help you find what you need!

I meet a customer service rep by the name of Mr. Charles on the first floor, by the area where you get keys made. He was exceptional, very friendly, knowledgeable of store product and location. I visited this store on 12-19-2023, going forward Mr. Charles will be my go to person at this Home Depot location. He made my shopping experience overwhelmingly pleasant, and simply lovely. I give Mr. Charles and Home Depot a (5) Five Star Rating. In kind to the Ritz Carlton of customer service.

I frequent this HD often and find most staff are friendly and helpful. Today I needed help cutting 40+ pieces of wood and David was so patient and diligent in helping me figure out measurements and wood types to use. I so appreciate this as someone who’s learning and making mistakes along the way. David didn’t leave me feeling judged but used humor and shared some of his knowledge w me!

Friendly Service and having a place to park makes this location one of the best Plus, clean store and stocked

I recently bought an old house in the neighborhood, so I spend a lot of time at Home Depot--this one is a joy! I can find what I need and there are people to help and plenty of registers open.

Each and every time I visit Home-depot I leave knowing the products I purchased are of the best quality as well as the customer service, never had to make a return trip for any reason, never a refund either.

I had a dispute with an overwatered plant I had bought from this HD prior today about a return. But I received Excellent ,Professional Customer Service from The Manager Javier and Employee Rodney who are always Consistent in their Service . It’s always a relaxing pleasure shopping in the Garden/ Plant Dept.

Staff is either on the phone or talking to each other and they turn away rather than offer to help customers.

I would like to thank Madame Pam (Store Manager) for hiring Caleb, Adrienne and Kamran-Associates that go above and beyond in helping confused customers!

Great product! Thanks to great thinking employees I purchased Boot trays to line under my sink to hold the water in case of another leak. They fit perfectly and are doing the job.

Well I was so happy today after visiting my favorite HD in Lakeview. Customer Service Rep “ CHRIS” was so sympathetic and accommodating to a previous plant diaster I had. Going above and beyond by replacing it. Excellent customer service this HD always have. Grateful to live close by

Probably two different Home Depot employees asked me if I needed help. One escorted me to the item I was looking for (on a different floor!). Even though I was in the self checkout, another employee did virtually everything for me (and I didn't ask for or need the help)–very friendly and helpful!

Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff. The Lincoln Park store is like yours old timers small neighborhood hardware store. Cozy atmosphere any product you need and all the staff smiles and speaks to you as you walk pass them I love this store and all its team membrrs

Good location for one of my jobs. Lincoln Park and they had what I wanted.. Employees were findable and helpful and they had what I wanted in stock but the parking garage gives the feeling of confinement and claustrophobia and its dark and dirty too.

Leak from a gas water heater - visited the website, selected a new one, rapid response from home depot, and the following day two young men arrived and did a beautiful job with the replacement - it was fast, efficient, and fixed a few other apparently non-code things around the system.
