First this is the store that I go to I've never had any problems it's always clean and the employees are great I will always go to this store thank you so very much AMEN.

Despite of Home Depot not having military discounts, I do shop there for their quality selections of products in every department. I did have a unpleasant experience almost at closing the day of 30NOV2017. That afternoon I purchased three appliances due to the brand and sales price; however, I returned that evening (almost at closing ) because my merchandise invoice did not showed a $100 discount for purchasing three appliances. The employee who helped me before was amazing but already gone for the day... Salesperson (PAA1595). And there was "Rick" with his long hair looking like Steve Perry singing Wheels in the sky!!! On his behalf, Rick was indeed helping a very indecisive couple selecting a refrigerator and after :15mins he didn't even tell me "I'll be right with you" you know, like other stores do. He sat down, turned on the computer and nothing, I was standing there with my receipt thinking "I wonder why Steve Perry never married". HD costumer service did applied this credit when I called the next day but I'm still upset with Rick.

The lot loaders Gary,Steven, Jonah just to name of few plus Julia the cashier are fast and efficient and response time is really good

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. If I could not give a star at all, I would. Let me start with this is not the first time that this has happened to us. My husband is a disabled veteran, upon checkout we ask for assistance loading fence pickets, 80lb bags of concrete, many treated 2x4's, and aluminum fence posts and it goes ignored everytime. After this happening twice in a row no one ever showed up. I went inside to ask for a manager who never showed up. The cashier just laughed at me with other associates. Meanwhile, my husband cut his hand loading everything, we had to leave. Then I called the store only to wait on hold for 10 minutes and was transferred to an unattended mailbox where I was then hung up on. Very disappointing. I've tried to bring this to their attention, they do not seem to care either way.

The worker in the PVC aisle was superb, making phone calls for us about discounts, checking on delivery options, etc. The customer service representative, Maxine, was as close to perfect as a human being can get. This was a fantastic visit and buying experience. I don't usually get those at a big box store like this. Thank you.

Do not shop here when they are unloading a truck at night. The crew unloading is extremely rude, will block the aisles with freight, won't get out of your way.

I felt sorry for the employee at the "Service/Returns" desk. He had 15 people backed up in the Returns line, 3 waiting at the Service counter, called twice over the intercom for "Back-Up" and, while I was there, received no help. Just seems to me that management should have a back-up plan for such instances. Customers should be serviced expediently.

One of my favorite places to go! Hard to explain besides loving nature, the smell of wood, crafting, and projects. The garden plants are always well maintained, the staff is friendly, and the store is clean and usually stocked with everything we need. There's been a couple stand out employees at this location including one of the night managers, and a cashier named Marlyn. Both were helpful, friendly, and went above and beyond to add value to our visits.

Dee Dee in Paint was super helpful and made our visit the best ever! Walked us through how to work on our projects, gave us ideas and even showed us specials and samples to try. Helped pick colors and gave us so much confidence moving forward. We were so glad we had the pleasure of her knowledge and assistance.

Your appliance sales person mislead me to believe I was getting my washer and dryer on a certain date. He never reviewed the order with delivery date to confirm the accuracy of the purchase. I'm certain there is a procedure to follow to ensure all sales are accurate. All paperwork stapled together the delivery date on the last page so I wouldn't catch it. First thing I asked for before the purchase was delivery date. Reason I purchased the washer and dryer at Home Depot was because of the delivery date given to me. Your manager (Helen) response to my concern "cancel your order" because she wasn't there to witness my conversation with the sales person. Manager made no effort to try to make things right. She was rude and in my eyes asked me to take my business elsewhere. I hope this is not the way Home Depot conducts business.

The store location is really convenient and the workers are helpful and knowledgeable about the products.

on two different days I needed to order house windows and the employees was not around and was paged and never showed up

Great neighborhood store. Outstanding employees that are knowledgeable about items stocked in the store and they are always willing to help out.

I would recommend Home Depot in the Forum anytime.We have shopped there frequently over the past several years and always found what we were looking for...we purchased the best carpet we have ever found and had it installed from there.It has always been our "go to"store for our home repair needs,we have always found very knowledgeable associates to help us there,and the prices are very reasonable as well. Also.the store is always clean and aisles easily marked for the products you are looking for which makes the shopping time shorter as you don't have to "hunt"for something.

Store is located in a great shopping area with others, has ample parking and always have their area stocked with whatever your after. The staff is friendly, helpful and available throughput the store, it's well organized and aisles marked with the info you may be looking for. Always a pleasure to shop there !!

I went in to home deport aound 530 p.m and didnt leave til a lil passed 8 empty handed. I waited in the flooring isle for that whole time. While the staff seemed friendly enough to page someone to help me that didnt show up til more then a hour and half later. Staff memebers kept walking by saying they were going to get someone to help me. I guess they were all too busy standing around talking from what i could see to help me simply look up a item to see how many were in stock. So i took it upon myself to take a picture of what i needed and walk over to the CS desk and was told they had what i needed. So i waited again. Finally two young men came and told me once they were done with whatever it is they were doing that they would help me. I waited another 40+ minutes. Finally the women that was supposed to be working that department finally showed up only to look around a little and til me that all they had was the 1 box that was on the shelf in front of me. She didnt even take the time to scan it see how many were in the store. I asked of she could call another location and she got a attitude. I was even told by the girl at the cs desk that "this store sucks thats why i dont want to work here" " you shouldnt come to this home depor". Never again will i come to this location. I hope they can get it together or atleast hire more employees.

This has happened several times at this location. I'll be roaming looking for my items when I spot and employee to ask where something is and they engage the eye contact and my lips start to move and they make a sharp turn away. Or they tell you where something is never breaking their walking pace. You go there and item isn't there. Hello pay attention. Stop and listen to your customers. Bathrooms were filthy too. Ugh! I love Home Depot but the Mngr has dropped the ball here.

The store is laid out in a means to find what you want easily. Employees are friendly and easily found when needed. Never ran across an employee that didn't know the ins and outs of the product when asking. the store has great parking and is located in a great area.

Excellent shopping and purchasing experience. Lots of help from Miguel and Andrew to mention a few. I just moved into the area so I've had to come to this store a lot in the last few days. Each time the employees are helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable in both the lawn mowing equipment area, the BBQs and the kitchen appliances. I'm sure the rest of the store operates at the same level.

The store was clean, the employees helped me find what I needed, and the cashier was pleasant. I always have the same experience here, every time!

I do feel there should be more employees that actually are assigned to areas to help if needed- my main issue is I'm 60 and sometimes need some help lifting (certain items) and loading and don't want to have to ask several times for some help and be told "they will send someone" and no one comes- that happened to me yesterday and also to a older lady in the gardening department and I actually had to lift a big bag of soil for her because she said she asked- no help came and she really needed that bag of soil. I went back to Home depot today for more concrete blocks and supply's I needed and i was so thankful to have a young man named Steven help me- he not only lifted and loaded my concrete blocks, several bags of play sand and grass but also found someone to help me with some questions i had on materials for remodeling our home. Thank you Steven for your help- it was appreciated...

Sheila was very helpful in designing my kitchen. I enjoyed working with her. As always, I did feel the store was under-staffed.

Home Depot Selma is like a second home. We are there so often. We recognize many of the employees and know their knowledge and helpful professionalism will aid us in making the perfect decision for updating and servicing our home. The store has met our expectations time and time again. The entire staff is available to ensure that our projects are done with the correct quality material we have come to expect from Home Depot. We are happy with the products, special financing, and the opportunity for special services. We would not hesitate to recommend a store that goes out of its way to ensure the success of our projects.

The staff were all very helpful and friendly. We spoke with at least three associates in different areas of the store and were met with quick and friendly service.

Some Employees and Management should take NOTICE of Employee, Seguin, Texas- fantastic Employee. Gotta hand it to yall at HOME DEPOT- love that you have a Staff member who is knowledgeable, his name is Ray brahir located in Seguin, Texas. This man, WOW! he takes the extra mile to help you locate, educate, very knowledgeable and quick on his feet, of giving me ideas to help me with my projects to build. Thank you for hiring someone who is very POLITE and takes the extra minute to take you to where to find things in your store. NOT just tell me an Isle to go to. Thanks Ray b.- Mike B.
