Every time I go there I always have an exceptional employee go above and beyond to help me with all departments. This store always has what I need and want in stock which is a huge deal for me!!

We have had consistently great customer service at the Lockport Home Depot. I am always impressed by their great attitudes and helpfulness. What a pleasure to shop where you are made to feel like you matter.

ALL STORE EMPLOYEES NEED TO WEAR THEIR MASKS PROPERLY - COVERING THEIR NOSES.

I am giving the overall rating Good and not Excellent because of my bad experience with their delivery service SPIRIT DELIVERY. They need to find a different sub-contracting delivery service with experience people instead of young inexperience Rude Boys. I refused the delivery because they damaged the refrigerator by drilling the plug holes after popping the plug tops with a box cutter knife and asking me "if I wanted to do it" because I questioned their method. He said "Then be quite please". Home Depot manager and store associate in the appliance department made everything right. They told us to come in and take a display model off the floor and also compensated us for this bad experience. I say this was a Win Win for us and a Lose Lose for SPIRIT DELIVERY.

Today Charlene and Phil went above and beyond in their professionalism, kindness and maximin customer service. It was a pleasure having them solve a cabinet mishap.

Bob from flooring and Chris from lumber ( Lockport, NY store) helped me find a reasonably priced and creative solution to a difficult dishwasher installation. They were both extremely knowledgeable and very caring during a difficult time in my life. I am not only impressed, but also very, very grateful for their kindness!

The store was clean and the workers all tried to help with anything they could.I do need to check on a warranty question,but otherwise i'm always happy with my shopping experiences and want you to know you have some very cool workers.Great job everyone.

This store has very friendly and helpful employees. I have never had to search for help and if I did there was always someone close by to help. I have always gotten good service and help.

What a great place to shop. I had the best help in the plumbing department. This man went way out of his way to help me. His name was Erik. If every department had someone like Erik no one would bother to go to any other store. Great job Erik!!!

I only went in to get primer but after Jim and McKenna in the paint department explained the different types, purposes and quality of the many paints, I was able to make a selection and purchase all that I needed to complete the project. Superior customer service!!

The associates are very friendly, and helpful to your needs, and items are found, and questions answered, to help you complete your home projects.

Hardly any employees around to help when we were there. The one we did encounter was rude after we stood waiting for her to come and answer questions we had.

Zach M was extremely polite & helpful. He was also very apologetic about nobody helping on the outside of the store to help me with the mulch but he did go out of its way to be of assistance. There needs to be more employees like him everywhere

Poor very poor customer consideration. They act like they do not care? How is it possible they stay employed. Well this can only happen so long. Because I am mad and will find any other mean to go elsewhere with my money or do with out. Only as an absolute last resort will I give my money to some who allows this incompetency to even happen once yet they have it down. Nope my money good bye.

This Home Depot in Lockport is the BEST run store in the chain. I think leadership must promote customer service first. Every time I'm there, I get all the help I need. Thanks!!

I think the store if fine, but the new ingress/ egress policies are not good. Seems to be a stupid idea to funnel everyone, tightly together, to pass on the Corona Virus to each other. I was going to complain, but I saw someone else doing the identical, stupid thing and I figured it was our Brilliant Governor Cuomo forcing this to happen. Just like someone else, they have an employee standing in the entrance, a couple feet away from the influx of people sucking in Viruses from every person coming and going and then passing the viruses on to the many funneled through the rest of the day. I would hate to be those employees. Brilliant, no wonder New York has the largest numbers of Corona. Makes some people wonder if some states are trying to destroy the economy and the USA!

Clean friendly in order store and associates

Store was clean, shelves were stocked and the cashier was enthusiastic and friendly. All in all quick and easy trip

I routinely shop this store, as it's convenient to the areas I work in. The folks I have dealt with there are knowledgeable and helpful. Kathryn (electrical stuff) impressed me with her knowledge of product application, code requirements, and best practices. I have had a number of positive interactions with Sherry, usually at the checkout. She is generally a bright spot in an otherwise frustrating day!
