Great employees, they knew where everything was.

I was offered alternatives for projects I thought I would have to go to a craft store and spend double what I was shown during my trip to HD. The woman, Sharon, who helped me couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. 10/10 for service and selection.

We bought a vanity and top at this store. They had many choices to actually "see!" That makes it easy to decide. Great quality and beautiful design. We will be buying another vanity for our 2nd bathroom.

Mary was our cashier at the Londonderry NH store and she went over and above with our needed service!

Shopping Made Easy!!!

In the "Milwaukee" tools are, I needed assistance in finding the correct tool(s), and the young man in the "Milwaukee" shirt went "above & beyond" to assist me in getting EXACTLY what I needed. And, added additional value by showing me an "extremely" SALE-PRICED item for me to purchase as an additional Christmas present.

Every employee I encountered was rude. No greeting and I said good morning to three different employees. The cashier should be fired. Pajamas at work.

This store and it’s staff always make my job easier the pro desk is knowledgeable and do all they can to help keep my business on track. The store employees and cashiers keep the store in clean order and always have a great attitude. Thankyou

Great store with great customer service

This IS my Home Depot and yes you did 'nail it' just like always!

I can't walk through the store without being greeted by a smiling face(s) multiple times. They all are sincere and make it a pleasant trip every time!

Donna in customer service was excellent and helped me order my item over the phone as online it couldn't be done. She was excellent!

I always get fantastic customer service from extremely nice friendly people at this location and would urge anyone that is going to shop at Home Depot do yourself a favor and pick the Londonderry location. It's a fun atmosphere created by everyone that work in this particular store.

I frequent this location as part of my regular home upkeep routine mostly because I recognize an am also recognized by the employees when I walk into the store. A certain employee, Tom, was at during the summer of 2019 a senior in high school, searched for a bag of soil for succulent plants while I continued to shop for additional items. Tom successfully found the item for me that had arrived the previouos day but not yet been put on the floor. Another employee, Robert, has gone to great lengths to help me time and again in the garden department. Robert has even gone beyond and assisted me when I casually mentioned that I was considering the purchase of a wood pellet stove, by researching on the stores computers the model that would best suit my needs and fir within my home. Enjoy the visits to the store and will visit the store above all other home improvement stores when I have the need for ANYTHING for my home.

This store employs some of the most impressive and professional people around. I don’t say that lightly. Obviously their work culture program is working, because all the young people there were industrious and polite. I’d go to this store over any other in the area, the store manager should be commended for building and maintaining that environment, as well as all the frontline supervisors. Keep up the good work everyone.

Londonderry NH store has more stock to choose from.

As I said in the survey, your employee K.J. was extremely helpful. I was looking for velcro and she told me exactly where to find it. She knows the store very well. She gave me some helpful hints on using the products and as it turned out she was spot on. She thanks her mother for some of her knowledge. When I got to the registers, there she was again. She directed me to a register and proceeded to ring up my order herself.

A good place to find the materials needed for some improvements in our home.

Virtually ALL of the Cashiers who "work" the "Contractor Checkout" are great, BUT I've had the best reception and interface with SHAWNA. Her positive attitude and smile make coming to H-D and spending $$ a pleasure. She ALWAYS says, "HELLO" whenever I walk through the entrance. And now she remember my name, too. She should get positive recognition & feedback for her EXCELLENT Customer-focused attitude & disposition.

The cashier was a very rude individual. When I asked if the machine read the chip she rudely said it’s not a chip reader it’s something else. Use the slide! No thank you, no come back no kiss my butt!

I found most, but not all of the vegetable plants I was hoping to find, but what "made" my shopping experience was the garden center cashier, Nathan. I could tell by his mask that Nathan is a Londonderry High School student, but despite wearing a mask, I could tell Nathan was smiling when greeting me. His welcome was warm and genuine. During check-out, he seemed genuinely interested in our conversation and was engaging, all while competently scanning my items. As I left the garden center with my purchases, I found myself smiling and in a good mood from the experience. The Londonderry Home Depot is lucky to have this friendly young man as an employee.

I made $300 in returns! But their only option is to get the cash back on my card? Huh? I want to exchange it for other things without putting back all the items on my cards! I should have the option to exchange it or have returns on my card! At other stores this is possible why is it hard for home depo to do it. The customer service is awful. Samantha and Stephanie at customer service have no idea what they’re doing. I have no issues at Your competition. Whatever is left over goes back on card! That’s why so much fraud occurs, becuAyse you guys just want access to our credit cards. And when there’s a breach you want to pay you $8 in a class action lawsuit! Change the way this is done! It’s ridiculous! I want one transaction and whatever is left over will go back as a return!

Great location 10 minutes from my home. Great friendly staff always willing to make sure they go the extra mile to help you. Store is always well stocked and neat. Been in many Home Depots and this location is far and away the best one hands down.

The store employee was very helpful in helping me find the best product refrigerator and dishwasher that was available in my price range and could get in a timely manner.
