I tried to use my Pro Extra Rewards for the first time after an employee talked me into getting it. But when I told the cashier they had no idea what I was talking about. They even called over another employee who also couldn't help me. So I just said forget it. It is very frustrating to have a program that is supposedly going to benefit me but unable to use it because your cashiers don't know anything about it.

This store is ok......two lady employees did not know where my product was located but the next person I ask, did.

The store have a lot of product to choose, Very convenient. Anything you need for your house ,they have it but the best one is the Associates who have assisted us was very accomodating and very helpful. The color of the product we need is not available but he manage to look everywhere just to have what we need. He take time just to provide us to get what we want.

STORE WAS SOO CLEAN AND ORGANIZED, EVERYONE IS SO NICE.

STORE WAS CLEAN, THEY DIDN' HAVE MY POCKET DOOR HAD TO GO TO TWO OF THE NEAREST HOME DEPOT STORES IE CHERRY AND THEN FINALLY THE HARWICK LONG BEACH STORE, BECAUSE THE MERCHANDISE AVAILABILITY MACHINE KEPT GIVING IN CORRECT AVAILABILITY NUMBER IN STOCK. (FOR POCKET DOOR, OTHERWISE, I WOULD CONTINUE TO SHOP HERE, ALL STAFF ARE ALWAYS NICE,

Associates are very helpful and very friendly. Service at the register was fast. the store was clean and I was able to find what i was looking for. I went to buy kitchen cabinets and Bryan assisted me with my purchase. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. I will make this store my store.

The store is bright and easy to navigate with friendly associates. I am a novice home repair person...but with their guidance, I was able to remodel a home for sale and later-I returned to buy appliances for my new place. In addition, hey beat the price and the serrvice of their competitors.

Convenient location with a great price! Got to love Home Depot!!! :)

The inventory system needs lots of work. It said product was available at two stores and none could be found at either Finally after a search at the Carson store one was found. Unfortunately, the box was torn open and was missing the parts to connect the tub walls and the instruction sheets to tell me how to do it.

I have shopped at Home Depot for many years and have always been very happy with the store. I have shopped mostly at the store by our home but happened into the store on Signal Hill, Ca. I was extremely frustrating as the store was very dark inside. Some aisles we had to go find things had absolutely no iights that were on, We were in the rental dept and it was totally dark except by the cashier. The whole experience left us feeling very frustrated and not very favorable toward this store. I asked one of the associates why the store was so dark and he said it was to save money. Obviously the need of the customer finding what they need was not nearly as important.

THE PEPOLE WHO WORK HERE ARE VERY NICE. THE AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCT WAS NOT AVAILABLE AT THE TIME OF MY VISIT. THE PRICING COULD BE BETTER ON AVAILABLE PRODUCTS.

I appreciate the wide selection and availability of products. Some of the employees have been really helpful. Decent pricing.

I LOVE THE GARDEN SECTION. ORCHIDS ARE MY FAVORITE FLOWER. I LOVE YOU R DYING PLANT RETURN POLICY. THE STORE IS CLEAN AND THERE IS ALWAYS HELP.

Needed help in the building materials area and Andrew offered to help me. He went above and beyond. He cut a 45 degree angle for me and SHOWED me how to do it myself! So cool! I left with the materials I needed, ready to go, with a new skill in hand too! Thank you Andrew!

The combined efforts of two female Pro Serv teammates collaborating on our behalf, allowed our company to open a Commercial Account with Home Depot this month. These two savvy women exemplify the qualities required to make Pro Serv work for us and will dramatically expand our business with Home Depot. It took me three years to convince our company to open this account. Kudos to Them!

The Electrical Department has highly skilled, friendly and patient Employees. All departments I entered were clean, well kept and organized. Without a doubt the best HD Store I've shopped at.

Products were opened/damaged. That's all they had available.

the Rentsl Department help me out greatly and getting what I need to rent it out, and assist me in doing the job right... Great experience I needed . Answers were provided.
