Cashier being very rude
Hi, the cashier Victoria extremely impatient. She was cussing people out. She didn’t have any knowledge on things that I’ve asked don’t know why Home Depot hires people that don’t have the proper training nor the knowledge or the patience for customer service. Why work for retail if you can’t handle a simple job, it’s not rocket science. I spent a lot of money at the store to be treated this way I want this woman fired. Unacceptable. I hope the the manager is reading the review and someone gets back to me.

Avoiding uninformed cashier - saves you time
Beware of Lisa the Cashier - uniformed with how the Large commercial account works and policy behind those accounts if you appreciate your time and don’t want to get stuck at the Home Depot line - choose a different cashier as she has no interest in having a better understanding of the policy.

PRETTY GOOD SERVICE
THIS IS THE ORIGINAL HOMEDEPOT FOR LONG BEACH, THE OG. SERVICE IS GOOD, INVENTORY GOOD. EMPLOYEES IN THIS STORE KNOW THEIR STUFF. I PREFER THIS ONE IN LONG BEACH. AND I FIND SOME OF THE PRICES CHEAPER, COMPARED TO THE OTHER STORE AND BETTER SALES?!!

Consider All Sales Final
I have always enjoyed shopping at this location until today because I actually had to return a couple things that I had bought that were in accordance with the return policy and also accompanied by receipt. Upon doing so the cashier refuse to return my original receipt which I needed to build my client for the job, but she went above and beyond and out of her way to make sure that I was completely humiliated and I was actually brought to tears because of how embarrassed she made me in front of other customers. To add to this insulting experience after requesting a manager I was greeted by John who only seemed more interested in laughing at the fact that I was upset and further humiliating me then actually solving the issue or reprimanding the employee for her refusal to locate my original receipt.

The manager Elaina is extremely rude, and she still has the nerves to talk behind the customers back in Spanish. She was extremely confident that I wouldn’t be able to understand her.

My Experience
I was at the Long Beach homedepot earlier today and I was more than impressed by the efforts put in after almost walking out in disbelief when i was being sent from one person to another just for one pallet. I went to service desk to voice this issue they not only fixed it but helped me get what I needed within the span of 5 minutes thanks to Cassidy who reassured me the problem will be fixed and Sal who fixed It by putting the pallet in the vehicle. Thanks to them I won’t be going to your competitors!

Beyond Customer Service Experience
I placed my order of special order tile for my backsplash on July 1, 2022. I noticed no update for about 9 days on my order. I called your customer service department to find out the status of my order. The person I spoke with in your department had to send email to see why no movement on this order. I finally had some movement on my order after 3 days. So, this order has been problem from the start and I was hoping everything goes smooth. So, today I recieved an email at about noon saying my special order tile arrived at my store#1062 with some damage. I was extremely disappointment after waiting for so long there was problem. My husband and I went to the store to speak with someone about our order. After speaking with few associate and manager(Mike) at store#1062 they said to come back to store about a hour they should have resolution. I explain to them I can't wait for reorder because my remodeling starts on Monday. I will just take the order with damage tile. So, I went home. I came back about hour and half later. My husband and I went back to store#1062 and were helped by Customer Service associate Victoria. I had to explain to her about what happen when I first visited the store about one hour go. All the associates who helped us earlier went home for the day. So, you can understand how frustrated I was at this point. Victoria at Customer Service Desk went out of her way to resolve my problem. She called so many associates in the store to get answers how to resolve my problem. She even called your 800 customer service. I have never received such awesome service. I didn't mind being at store for more than a hour because I knew she was going to help me resolve this issue. She even helped my husband load the tile in my car. She said her manager was going to give me discount on broken tiles. I was not expecting it at all. I will definitely continue to shop at this location to finish my home remodeling. Rude Employees!
After paying for my items I walked out to my car to put everything away. As I was putting everything away I noticed that a brush I bought wasn't there. I double checked my receipt and saw that I was still charged for it. I went back to ask the cashier, Denise, if it was maybe left behind but she didn't try to help me get to the bottom of it. She just kept repeating that 'everything was there' and didn't bother to look at my receipt. I paid $8 for that brush that I needed for a home project and went home without it because Denise was rude and unhelpful. I would have stayed to speak to a lead or manager but I was already running late for an appointment. Denise needs to work on her customer service skills. If a customer returns with an issue, you investigate it and make sure your customer leaves satisfied.
